A lawsuit filed by two women claiming former Fox High School assistant principal Zach Brown groomed them for sexual activities while they were students, and that Michael E. Discher and Linda B. Discher, who live in Byrnes Mill, allowed one of the women to drink at their home despite her being underage was dismissed on Nov. 5.
