Lawmaker filmed 'letting right-wing demonstrators storm Oreg

Republican lawmaker caught on security camera 'holding door open to let MAGA rioters storm Oregon Capitol' is charged with two misdemeanors
Oregon Rep. Mike Nearman was seen on video allowing protesters into Oregon State Capitol building on December 21 
As he leaves, far-right demonstrators brush past him and enter the building 
The protestors are then seen fighting with police who are trying to eject them
Four people were arrested and police were pepper sprayed during the incident 
Nearman was charged on Friday with official misconduct and criminal trespass 
The Republican lawmaker is due to appear in court on May 11 or face arrest
