Bareilly: Law and order situation has touched a new low in Uttar Pradesh with a 45-year-old man being burnt alive after being tied to a tree with barbed wires. The charred body of the victim, identified as Dharampal, was found near his house in Sheeshgarh locality of Bareilly on Saturday evening. Investigators suspect an old enmity with his neighbours to be the reason behind his murder.
