Lapid renews push declaring Quiapo district a national heritage zone

Senator Manuel “Lito” M. Lapid on Monday, January 9 renewed his push for a bill that seeks to declare the Quiapo District—a historic landmark known for its old infrastructures, rich culture and home to the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene—as a national heritage zone.
