1:09 Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont visited a high school in Windsor Locks on Tuesday in his push for schools to resume full in-person learning. Windsor Locks High School has had a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for staff as part of the state’s vaccine rollout for educators. Barbara Niziolek is a social studies teacher at the school. She said it’s made a big difference. “We are here to be in person with students. And thanks to getting the vaccine now and having it all rolled out, we are able to do that with a new confidence that we necessarily didn’t have before," Niziolek said.
