year ago today. you may remember this surveillance video right here, released months ago and shows suspect delivering that explosive package and now we have new clear video from third street in callowhill, atf investigators hoping to make it easier to identify man they believe may be responsible for that dangerous delivery. one year ago this quiet city block off 18th and pine just south of the rittenhouse square the scene of a bizarre crime. >> it was an envelope, padded envelope and upon it being opened, opened by the victim it exploded. >> reporter: someone targeted 60 year-old jim, the former caterer, blasted with shrapnel even losing a finger during the attack. now six is he is doing much better. >> today on the one year anniversary still no arrests. >> there has been a very unique situation. >> reporter: "eyewitness news" has obtained new surveillance video showing suspect walking southbound on third street near callowhill, you can see the man whom investigators say is asian putting on latex gloves as he walks toward the bombing site. >> this is prior to the delivery and shows the suspect carrying, what we believe is the bag that the package was car mid. >> reporter: surveillance video released shows this same person delivering the explosive device on november 28th, and he opened it up two days later after returning home from the trip. >> it was a target add tack, the package did have the address and name of the victim on it. that is only lead we have right now. >> reporter: atf special agent cherlean hennessy said they want to speak with this couple who passed by suspect on third street in the hope of tracking down the person responsible. >> we'd like to give some victim some end result, closure and we cannot right now. >> reporter: as for victim he says with no answers as to who did this all he can do is move on. he is grateful to be doing as well as he is. atf says is there still a $10,000 reward for leading to the arrest of the suspect. >> greg, thanks. search will continue through holiday for two residents still missing after a fire destroyed a senior living facility in west chester. atf says investigators foundry mains of the two other people yesterday, they have yet to be identified. last thursday night's fire, at barclay friends injured 27 residents and cause of that fire remains under investigation. philadelphia fire department is promoting fire safety in the wake of the deadly house fire in roxborough. fire fighters installed working smoke detectors in house on the 600 block of renz street where sheila hawkins died when her house caught fire sunday morning. fire fighters also handed out a home fire safety checklist, the cause of that house fire on sunday remains under investigation. drinking and driving is always a concern on this night before thanksgiving. as new jersey reporter cleve bryan shows you, evesham township launched a program focusing on helping those who have been drink to go get home safety. >> reporter: thanksgiving eve is popular time for social drinking and customers who might need it at red stone american grill, there is a way to get a free ride home, evesham saving lives. >> evesham saving living program is between nine and 2:00 we provide free ride tour residents home, bars and restaurants. >> reporter: for bars and restaurants in evesham township have been steering customers toward free ride program and operates ride sharing apps, uber. >> gives our get an opportunity to have a safe ride home if they have had too much to drink, it is a nice easy twi recommend they get a ride home. >> reporter: officials say since kicking off program two years ago township residents have taken 6,000 free ride. dui's are down 80 percent and there have been no dui fatalities.
