very, very wet, couple of accidents, construction, as well, but the accidents already that i'm getting concerned with. >> little slick out there, already leaves falling, when you add the water on top of it it, get little slick side on the roads, careful this morning, meisha will give you update on what's happening on the roads in just a minute, but here is the precipitation, you see it on storm scan3, it will continue to track across the region as we go through the morning hours. putting the storm scan in motion for you, you can see, moving little bit kind of in a northeast paternity point. this is all behind the actual cold front itself. and most of this right now is on the light, maybe moderate side when it comes to actual rainfall rate. no real heavy rain at this point. but again, still enough to give us some problems out there, here early this morning as i said, all of the precipitation on the back side of the colds front, off the coastline, winds are picking up, already seeing ten to 15 close to 20-mile per hour winds, could be upward of maybe 25-mile per hour gusts this afternoon, temperatures in the 60s, meisha, we will be topping it out not that much higher than temperatures this morning, cool and wet start to the day. >> oh, great. sounds like a good map, matt, thank you so much. happy monday morning. so, wet, already an accident, couple every accident actually out there right now. let's take a look, hard to see the slick conditions out here, just looking very wet and dreary, obviously still very dark pulled off to the right. some of these accidents are the ones that will cause us some problems if they're not out of the way by the 5:00 hour because a rush will get underway little quicker, usually does on a monday, specially when it is wet outside. the vine, actually cottman avenue, looking pretty good, just wet, jump out to the schuylkill westbound, looking okay eastbound side already starting to heat up. more coming up in the next ten minutes, joe, back to you. >> busy out there this morning , thank you shall meisha. developing now, oil rig explodes in louisianna, we know at least seven people have been taken to the hospital. one person is still missing. the oil rig burst into flames last night on lake near new orleans, unclear how many people were on boards the platform at the time. cleaning chemicals ignited causing the blast, officials on the scene haven't confirmed it yet, they say the large for used to transport oil. >> so at first, objective from the fire fighting stands point , trying to stop the oil flow, if there is anything, and at that point we will have to let it burn off. >> five of the victims suffered blast type burns, are in critical condition. two other in stable. officials say oil may be leaking into the lake. the area's drinking water won't be affected because it is drawn from the mississippi river. >> new this morning, back here at home, police in cherry hill are looking for the driver of this overturned white car. they say that driver took off running, after causing a accident on i295 south. the other driver was not hurt, and the scene is now clear. >> new this morning, police are investigating deadly double shooting in philadelphia's tioga section two, men were shot as they satin side of a car along the 1800 block of erie avenue. this was just after 11:30 last night. police say the 27 year old male driver shot in the head and chest and died at the scene. the other victim, 26 year old man, managed to run away for help. >> the victims were in this mitsubishi suv when the shooter fired multiple shots through the driver door window the driver door window is all broken out. >> and police say there was also a third person in the car , at the time of the shooting, he was not hurt, now being considered a witness and is being questioned by detectives. >> northeast philadelphia woman is in custody after baricading herself inside her home with a knife. swat teams responded to bustleton avenue last night. suspect's 13 year old grandchild called them just before 8:30 last night. officers arrived, suspect holding a knife, was arrested, no one was hurt. >> police are searching for a new jersey teen they say is a victim of human trafficking, spoke with the girl's mom who says her daughter ran away a week ago, through technology the fbi and police tracked her to south philadelphia. there they found her inside a car on south seventh street, near the schuylkill expressway , just before 11:30 p.m. saturday night officers say she was with a man named devon harvey. when they moved in, they say harley took off, striking a sheriff's deputy. he late area ban donned the car, was arrested. the victim's mother told us her family will not rest until her daughters found safe. >> we have alike search party out, like crazy looking for my daughter. we believe she was in trenton for a long time. i know she will get in a car with anyone, she will just go off. >> police charge devon harley with aggravated assault and related offenses due in court at the end of the month. thankfully this deputy only suffered minor cut and bruises >> this morning, the manhunt continues in delaware county for the gun wielding man suspected of robbing and sexually assaulting an elderly woman. this happened early friday morning, surveillance video here shows a man walking down 23rd street in chester armed with a long rifle. moments later, authority say the victim was attacked near the walnut-chestnut garden ability. loved ones are urging anyone with information to come forward. >> call the police and dot right thing. just anyone's wife, sister, girlfriends, neice, wife, dot right thing, if it were your family member, what would you want the community to do? >> welshing relatives have been posting still photos from that surveillance video, they hope it will alert the community and convince people to come forward with information. >> john b kelly elementary into germantown will remain today as molds clean up continues. the school has been shutdown since thursday, the district first announced on wednesday that mold was found in several classrooms. officials have blamed the building's age factor for some of the connecticut nam nation, last night they reported the clean up is in it final stages >> meantime, the monroe township school district is ready to reopen most of their schools tomorrow, a mid mold problems of their own. all six schools in the district shutdown al last week for testing and clean up after mold was found at holly glenn elementary. holly glenn and second school, white hall elementary will remain cloe dollars until further in the. student affected will be relocated to other schools in the district. >> wild of eight a miles per hour or stronger, all schools and column negligence ireland are closed today, and emergency crews are acting quickly. >> we expect very early in the morning to have all of our crews deployed to deal with fallen wires, we expect significant number every trees to fall. that will obviously disconnect electricity to our customers but will also introduce a public safety concern. we may have live wires on the grounds. >> strong winds are also expected in northern ireland, and other part of the uk. ophelia weak position is the farthest east than a major hurricane has ever north where the water is actually pretty cold. and i was just looking, already getting report every wind gusts almost 100 miles per hour, southern part of ireland. so, again, ophelia, really making the effect known as we now move into monday morning. so we will keep an eye on ophelia, of course we have our own rain we are seeing here across philadelphia, as well, causing few problems on the area roads this morning, this is a live look, from the avenue of the art, on a monday morning, that's a bit dreary out there. couple of folks already, though, starting the day out, and it is going to be a wet morning, so, take the umbrella with you, as you start the day good news for us it, clears out later this afternoon, going to be very fall like week ahead. post tropical cyclone ophelia, right now no longer technically a hurricane, but as i said still getting wind gusts almost 100 miles per hour off the southern coast of ireland, technically sustained eight a miles per hour, but the meteorological services that are in ireland are expecting wind gusts to be near 100 miles per hour throughout the afternoon. as we go through the rest of the day today, you can see by 8:00 this evening pushing up toward scotland, then it will eventually fade as it gets even further north up into the arctic circlement back here stateside, storm scan3, we have our cold front that's common through, showers are out, there overall, this is kind of light to maybe moderate rainfall currently. that's why you do need the umbrella take take the raincoat with you. it is traveling pretty quickly northeast fashion, it will be out of here, probably, by about mid-morning or so in philly, then it will be clearing the coastline later this afternoon. by 7:00 a.m., again, most of the precipitation is to the east of philly. by 10:00 a.m. we could still see it across central jersey, then get into the afternoon, that's when things start to clear out. check out the winds gust on the back side of the front too gusting as high as 20, 25 miles per hour this afternoon. it will calm down eventually, on tuesday afternoon, so do be prepared for that. here is our seven day forecast sixty-one today and tomorrow. then we see some 70s, meisha, by the ends of the week. plenty of sunshine, too, that forecast, really doesn't get much better than that. >> yes, certainly, little chillier, matt, but problem issues out there. not even in the 5:00 hour on busy what's going to be certainly busy monday morning, looking outside, you do have an accident here 202 southbound westtown road, pulled off to the right shoulder. so, the concern is, a, very early and dark out there, also , very wet and slick out there. so this will be an area that can potentially get a, very busy very quickly, and also can pose additional problems. just heads up if that's your neck of the woods. heart to -- authorities see there is the schuylkill westbound at city avenue. once you jump off the boulevard southbound, jump on to the schuylkill headed in the westbound direction, very slick conditions here as well, you can see just couple of your neighbors, 95 south at cottman, same story, kinds of the same story here this morning, temperatures mild right now. but that northwesterly winds going to be keeping us on the cool side later this afternoon , see hour by hour, dip with temperatures, meisha, down to 58 you typically would on a monday morning. ninety-five south at broad street, looking both directions tail light moving in the southbound direction even northbound, southbound, on broad street, starting to heat up the same pace, push in the 5:00 hour heat up more so. looking at 42, northbound, creek road, approaching 295 plenty of headlights out there , as well, plus another accident, montgomery
