police are trying to figure out what led to the triple shooting overnight in north philadelphia one man is dead while another man and a teenager are in the hospital. this happened on the 2500 block of dover street, at around 11:30 last night. police arrived and found all three shooting victims. the man in his 20's was shot in the head, and he died at the hospital. another man and a 17 year-old boy time. >> eyewitnesses told police that the gunman took off in a white van, if you have any information, philadelphia police want to hear from you. police in union city, new jersey are investigating after three police officers were seriously hurt while on duty. it started last night when a teenager was hit and killed by a garbage truck. while police were on the scene of that incident, two motorcycles barreled through the area. and three officers, were hospitalized as a result, and they are all expected to survive, and one motorcycle driver, crashed, he is also expected to survive, and the other driver escaped. authorities in bucks county are looking for two men , that they say sexually assaulted a woman in the state park. it happened at lake noxamixon on monday night, victim said that she was on the fishing pier when two men forced her into a silver hon a they say they drove her to another part of the park and raped her. police say suspects are in their early 20's. police are looking for a man who, took a picture up a skirt in new jersey. it was inside a wal-mart in turnersville. you can see the man walk up to the victim, place his phone under her skirt, she turns around, motorcycle and vehicle. all lanes closed. traffic, i can diverted but bumper to bumper conditions extend back to the vine and investigation is scheduled to be taking place in the next hour or maybe there, it is not terribly humid just yet but it is warm up to 81. as kid get out of school and toward evening that is your best chance to see wet weather we can feel comfortable, confident in giving cycle and vehicle, schuylkill eastbound past university avenue all lanes closed there. traffic is being diverted, thinks where a live picture where it is diverted, traffic diverted on to university avenue, bumper to bumper conditions here. you can see lots of brake lights, vehicle after vehicle. i will say if you can avoid this area you will want to only getting busy and they are saying it is another hour, maybe another two hours before the investigation gets completed. so because of that we are on our sensor map starting to see slow down to almost complete stop, that is what we are seeing right now being diverted on to university avenue. if you can take an alternate route from your place to the place of employment or where ever you are headed this morning you will want to do so we also have an accident in wood town that is still out there route 40 still closed near route 45. so you will to have use an alternate 322 is your best bet other one in havertown west chester pike westbound edge hill road, jim, back over to you. authorities in las vegas investigating the deadliest mass shooting in modern u.s. history hope that the gunman's girlfriend can help them piece together a trying to figure out why he carried out sunday's massacre. >> we don't have any immediately accessible thumb prints that would indicate the shooter's, idealology, or motivation. >> reporter: president trump visited the city in wednesday to meet with survivors and first responders as authorities provided fresh inside in the faithful night. they say is there evidence paddock planned to escape rather then killing himself as officers closed in. officials add that in of the cameras paddock brought to his room for surveillance were recording. clark county sheriff joseph lombard owe says it is hard to in the aftermath of the massacre in las vegas. president trump so far has not weighed in, in fact, yesterday he brushed off questions about gun violence in america, as he visited a hospital in las vegas. he responded by saying quote we're not going to talk about that today, we won't talk about that, advocates of the stricter gun laws say the time to talk is right now. >> don't tell me it is the protection of the second a moment when you won't stand up for the first amendment. don't tell me this is about anything other than greed, greed, money, and fear. >> yesterday congress introduced legislation that would outlaw bump stock gun accessories, the las vegas gunman used them to accelerate his firing capabilities, president trump again has not yet weighed in. and gun control will likely be a topic at this weekend's gun show in montgomery county. gun october fess begins tomorrow at greater philadelphia expo center in oaks. right now there is in law in pennsylvania restrictions country. >> organizers also say one main focus of the show is gun safety. well, developing news from overseas this morning we have learned that three u.s. army special forces, troops, were among those killed in an ambush in the african country of niger on wednesday. officials say they were likely attack by militants with ties to al qaeda. this is file video, two other soldiers were also, injured in that ambush, and they are said to be in stable condition. investigators are trying to figure out what caused an overnight fire that destroyed a pizza shop in chalfont bucks county. smoke poured out of the building on the 400 block of west butler avenue. at lee four fire co put out the flames. inside appeared to be charred, no injuries were reported and no word just yeltsin on how that fire started. police are trying to figure out what led to the triple shooting overnight in north philadelphia one man is dead while another man and a teenager are in the hospital. this happened on the 2500 block of dover street, at around 11:30 last night. police arrived and found all three shooting victims. the man in his 20's was shot in the head, and he died at the hospital. another man and a 17 year-old boy are in stable condition, police found shell casings from two different guns. >> we know that two guns were used, and possibly two shooters, or one shooter with two guns, we're not certain at this time. >> eyewitnesses told police that the gunman took off in a white van, if you have any information, philadelphia police want to hear from you. police in union city, new jersey are investigating after three police officers were seriously hurt while on duty. it started last night when a teenager was hit and killed by a garbage truck. while police were on the scene of that incident, two motorcycles barreled through the area. and three officers, were hospitalized as a result, and they are all expected to survive, and one motorcycle driver, crashed, he is also expected to survive, and the other driver escaped. authorities in bucks county are looking for two men , that they say sexually assaulted a woman in the state park. it happened at lake noxamixon on monday night, victim said that she was on the fishing pier when two men forced her into a silver hon a they say they drove her to another part of the park and raped her. police say suspects are in their early 20's. police are looking for a man who, took a picture up a skirt in new jersey. it was inside a wal-mart in turnersville. you can see the man walk up to the victim, place his phone under her skirt, she turns around, confronts man and he walks away. police have not released the suspect's name. still ahead on "eyewitness news" a struggle to get supplies to people in the hardest hit rural areas of puerto rico as we hurricane marie. but u.s. coastguard is working hard to assist residents on the island. coastguard helicopter dropped off relief supplies in the small town, about 70 miles southwest of san juan. locals there have been stranded, after the hurricane washed out road and caused mud slide. so far at least 34 people have died as a result of hurricane maria. don't look now but a new storm is forming in the caribbean, thinks tropical depression number 16. it has, sustained wind of just 35 miles an hour right now but forecasters are expecting it to strengthen into a tropical storm as it enters the gulf of mexico this weekend and preps are underway in new orleans. >> we will have about 287 employees, over the course of this event, doing what they need to do as far as cleaning out crane lines, maintaining, operating the pumps. >> drainage pumps are their top concern as we saw earlier, pumping capacity is down and lead to flooding. if the tropical depression develops into this season's 16th it were to not strength tone storm or hurricane status you still have the rain and moisture this is bringing in. it does look inevitable that at least parts of the gulf states will get struck by this here's the storm, we will give you a sense of where the track is heading and likely, at some point today or into tomorrow this will become tropical storm nate, and then there is possibility that it even strengthen to hurricane status as it comes very close, to new orleans and rest of the buy you area there. at this point there is, if we can find an positive houston is not direct target, beaumont the backups are now extending all the way back, to the vine. so again, schuylkill eastbound past university avenue is closed because of an accident that happened before 3:00 a.m. involving a motor motorcycle and vehicle. all lanes closed. traffic, i can diverted but bumper to bumper conditions extend back to the vine and investigation is scheduled to be taking place in the next hour or maybe even two hours. wood town, new jersey another accident here you will testify use an alternate route 322 is your best bet, so route 40 is closed near route 45 in havertown. you also have an accident with injuries, west chester pike westbound at eagle road bumper to bumper conditions here as well, jim, back over to you. we all know smart phones may cause drivers to take their eyes off the road but want to all lanes being closed you are being diverted on to university avenue. but take a look at what you will be waiting in, even to be diverted, backups are extended all the way to the vine and they are saying the investigation could last for another hour, maybe, possibly even another two hours, so again, because of an accident that happened earlier this morning, and by that it accident was fatal, schuylkill eastbound past university avenue is closed, and the backups are substantial, in fact they are going all the way back to the vine. this is a live shot at the vine and schuylkill and you can see back to the vine bumper to bumper conditions, avoid the area at all cost or factor in i would say an extra two hours at this point. another accident wood town new jersey still out there, route 40 closed at route 45 use an alternate 322 is your best bet , plus another accident havertown with injuries west chester pike westbound at eagle road, jim, back over to you. welshing girlfriend north carolina coast and they nurse it, get ready to go back out in the wild this year it is darwin ready to go back to the carolina coast and maybe some tears will be shed. >> so, we are weighing in cannot express this enough. stay away, from this schuylkill, if you can, otherwise, factor in at least, at least, a couple extra hours you guys, take a look at that, just bumper to bumper. i got you
