That will pick up throughout the afternoon we had a cold front that came through last night and on the back side of that we will get breezy. Watch for this to turn and be more northerly wind this afternoon maybe gusting as high as 20 to 25, maybe a few spots close to 30 miles an hour. So a breezy day, nonetheless here. On storm scan three were quiet right now. Could see that in the beginning of the three hour loop a few light showers pushing through south jersey. In new jersian accident on the eastbound side of north white horse pike at gloucester pike, this has the entire right lane blocked and traffic light and utility pole is down so give crews room there as they work to clear up that. Finally we have a lot of construction out there as well , including westbound side of the schuylkill expressway from the blue route to the turnpike. We are seeing delays on the eastbound side due to construction between 202 and conshohocken. Developing right now this morning a six yearold boy is hospitalized after he was hit by a stray bullet in north philadelphia. Eyewitness news, reporter anita oh joins us live this morning from st. Christophers hospital where that little boy is now being treated, anita, good morning. Reporter good morning, jan that little boy lost a lot of blood and was in Critical Condition at Temple University hospital but luckily he is expect to survive, he is now recovering here at st. Christophers hospital and has been upgraded to stable condition were told. Take a look at the video of this scene around 8 00 oclock on the corner of 24th and norris street where this boy lived with his father and brother. He was apparently standing outside with them when these gunshots erupted from a block away on 24th and diamond street. Now Police Believe that this little boy was an innocent bystander and they explained what happened next. Upon police arrival, they were notified by family members that a six yearold had been just shot and he ran into his house. Police went in the house, found the six yearold in the living room bleeding heavily from his left shoulder. Reporter again that little boy now is expect to be okay at st. Christophers hospital, police say that they are looking for a gunman who was wearing a gray, hoodie or dark clothing, so far they do not have an arrest or they dont have a suspect but they are reviewing Surveillance Video to perhaps get a better idea of who may have fired those shots, for now live from north philadelphia, im anita oh for cbs3 Eyewitness News. Well, new this morning gunfire in East Germantown leaves one man injured, this shooting happened at germantown ande abbottsford avenue just after 1 00 this morning. Police say a 20 yearold man was rush to the hospital with gunshot wounds to the head and leg and so far police have made no arrests. Also new this morning another man is rush to the hospital after he is gunned down in olde city, now this shooting happened around 2 00 in the 300 block of north waters street and it is just off north christopher bus boulevard. The victim was shot and in his car. He is in Critical Condition. The cause of this shooting is under investigation. Police in colorado give the all clear after a report of an active shooter at the u. S. Air force academy, Authorities Say that the academy was placed on lock down right around 10 00 oclock last night, and Text Messages were sent to air men warning them of the incident. Now following a sweep of the dorms there Law Enforcement confirmed early this morning that there was no active shooter and in one was injured officials are now investigating the origin of the reports.
