Its definitely not a washout though it will be a cooler day thanks to the cloud cover and a gusty breeze. Steadier rain down the shore and that clears out and jose starts to take off this way and by wednesday morning youre going start to see some sun peek through the clouds as the storm moves away. So your coastal impacts this is the most pronounced impact well find with jose. Moderate coastal flooding, best threat for that will be tomorrows evening high tide. Beach erosion is going to be a concern as well. Waves up to 10 feet will batter the shoreline leading to damaging beach erosion there. Gusty winds, periods of rain along the coast. Lets zoom down and take a look at maria. A category 5 hurricane and this is the latest track of it. Its moving across the island of dominica right now. It could make land fall along saint croix and possibly making land fall in puerto rico as a category 4 before heading towards the turks and caicos, possibly the bahamas, hopefully spinning back out to sea and this is something we need to watch. Were about a week away if that were to threaten the united states. Overnight, 66 is your low. Tomorrow is actually not a terrible day in philadelphia.
