to help parishioners focus on the francis mission. pat ciarrocchi has that story. >> reporter: when pope francis flies into philadelphia from new york, saturday morning, september the 26th, he'll fly over, camden, new jersey. >> this is still one of the nation's poor and most challenged and most violent and most underprivileged cities. >> reporter: camden bishop dennis sullivan understands that and catholic charities of camden is making a call to action to fill the need. >> forty days, of francis. >> reporter: during 40 days until the arrival of francis, catholic charities camden wants to stoke awareness and open the doors of their eight service centers to the the hungry, the immigrant, and the homeless. church goers will find issue card like these in they are pews. >> over 190,000 people in the diocese of people lack consistent access to adequate food. >> reporter: and then there is issue of the homeless. >> atlantic county is a problem with home less veterans which i think is
