delaware river port authority, he says he does in the know if the ben franklin bridge will be closed off to vehicle traffic when pope francis visits. that is ultimately the call of the secret service waiting to see, you know, what the plans are. >> reporter: mass transit patco will provide none in stop services to center city westbound from its lindenwald, wood crest ferry avenue and broadway stations. all other stations will be closed on the weekend of september 26th parking will be limited. annmarie mcmullins is part of the group of ten planning to use patco to see the pope. >> any found janet on match.com. in a statement, the company says it requires users to pledge never to send money or share financial information with other match users. and to report anyone who asks for money or financial information. to spot on line dating scammers look for those who make frequent spelling errors, use fake photos, claim to be working overseas and especially those asking for money. despite being duped janet hasn't given up her search for a companion on line, she's just a lot more savvy. >> i wouldn't trust anyone on it without doing some kind of a background check and making sure that they are legitimate. >> reporter: interesting side note aarp tells thaws men have been found to succumb to on line scams more often then women but women also tend to report those scams when they are occurring. this is an important conversation that people need to have if they have, senior citizen parents that are single that may be getting into this because you need to check and make details of that research. >> reporter: they are struggling. for some the the war never end, as they get older they may be more vulnerable to experiencing ptsd according to the study that was released late today. philip served four years in the vietnam war as a marine. ever since he had has been dealing with post traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse and he has also been homeless. >> i looked at my life, and yeah, you know something is wrong. >> reporter: new research shows more than 270,000 vietnam veterans are currently, still experiencing, significant symptoms of ptsd. >> the trauma that one under goes is reexperienced and relived, sometimes on a daily or constant basis. >> reporter: study published in the jama psychology, find one-third of the vietnam veterans suffer with depression. >> for vietnam veterans i would say they really did not have have services for ptsd available to them when they came home and if they have not received treatment it is never too late for iraq and afghanistan veterans there were many more treatment option as veilable are the report report philip, 64 now received counseling and medications and says his life has turned around. >> i don't live in the past. i don't choose to live in the future. i choose to live in the moment now. >> reporter: a number of studies show ptsd is not just a mental health condition. it can also cause physical shortly thank you. newly released dash cam video connect to the woman's death in a texas jail is raising questions about her arrest. >> but there are new questions about the video itself. conn done champion has very latest from texas. >> reporter: the the video shows how a routine traffic stop quickly turned ugly. >> i am. >> reporter: texas trooper brian insina pulled his stun gun and after she refused to put out her cigarette and get out of the car. he threatened to use the weapon on her. >> get out of the car. i will pull you out. get out now. >> reporter: trooper handcuffs bland as she is officers responded to the corner of sixth and west luzerne just before 9:30 last night. when they got there the at in m was in pieces on the sidewalk. investigators believe someone set a device. now bomb squad is trying to determine who may have put it there. tonight's commute, on 295 in camden county is different then earlier today. chopper three over barrington, new jersey just after 9:00 this morning that is where a multi vehicle accident backed up traffic for miles on i295. state police say several vehicles crashed in the southbound lanes, two people were taken to the nearby hospital with minor injuries. fire fighters are gaining the upper hand on this warehouse fire in north brunswick, new jersey. fire is almost under control now but flames, lots of smoke poured from the roof earlier this morning. officials say that they are now concentrating their efforts on flames, in part of the building that houses a plastics business. the the environmental protection agency is monitoring air quality because of the smokey conditions. and this is a look at the the warehouse from just a few hours ago, one fire fighter suffered a hand injury battling the blaze. authorities say about 75 people's vac waited from nearby apartments buildings remained in the shelter as a precaution. once the fire is out officials can begin their investigation into a cause. is there a possibility that ben franklin bridge may close to vehicle traffic during pope francis visit in september. and today, new jersey public safety officials unveiled some details of their papal visit plan, the question, of delaware river port authority, he says he does in the know if the ben franklin bridge will be closed off to vehicle traffic when pope francis visits. that is ultimately the call of the secret service and questions remains in the roads and streets on the philadelphia side of the span will be shut down. >> we're in the right now thinking about closing the bridge for any particular reason, but we're waiting to see, you know, what the plans are. >> reporter: mass transit patco will provide none in stop services to center city westbound from its lindenwald, wood crest ferry avenue and broadway stations. all other stations will be closed on the weekend of september 26th parking will be limited. annmarie mcmullins is part of the group of ten planning to use patco to see the pope. >> any are people who have worked so hard for their savings and now they are giving it all away to the romance scammers. >> reporter: aarp say seniors are a prime target for on line dating scams. the scammer found janet on match.com. in a statement, the company says it requires users to pledge never to send money or share financial information with other match users. and to report anyone who asks for money or financial information. to spot on line dating scammers look for those who make frequent spelling errors, use fake photos, claim to be working overseas and especially those asking for money. despite being duped janet hasn't given up her search for a companion on line, she's just a lot more savvy. >> i wouldn't trust anyone on it without doing some kind of a background check and making sure that they are legitimate. >> reporter: interesting side note aarp tells thaws men have been found to succumb to on line scams more often then women but women also tend to report those scams when you. on the cbs-3 healthwatch a new study shows 40 years after the war ended a quarter million vietnam vets are struggling with post traumatic stress disorder. >> health reporter stephanie stahl has details of that research. >> reporter: they are struggling. for some the the war never end, as they get older they may be more vulnerable to experiencing ptsd according to the study that was released late today. philip served four years in the vietnam war as a marine. ever since he had has been dealing with post traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse and he has also been homeless. >> i looked at my life, and yeah, you know something is wrong. >> reporter: new research shows more than 270,000 vietnam veterans are currently, still experiencing, significant symptoms of ptsd. >> the trauma that one under goes is reexperienced and relived, sometimes on a daily or constant basis. >> reporter: study published in the jama psychology, find one-third of the vietnam veterans suffer with depression. >> for vietnam veterans i would say they really did not have have services for ptsd available to them when they came home and if they have not received treatment it is never too late for iraq and afghanistan veterans there were many more treatment option as veilable are the report report philip, 64 now received counseling and medications and says his life has turned around. >> i don't live in the past. i don't choose to live in the future. i choose to live in the moment now. >> reporter: a number of studies show ptsd is not just a mental health condition. it can also cause physical
