The father and son were at laurence and wing hocking streets around 11 00 last night when a gunman shot the 21 year old son in the face. Police say they think he was the intended target. After seeing his son get shot the father then chased the shooter one block east to the intersection of fourth and wing a hocking. At that time, the shooter turned around, and fired at least two shots at the father. The son died this morning at Temple University hospital. His father was not hurt. Police say the gunman was wearing all dark clothing and got into dark car headed south on fourth street. Also, new this morning double shooting under investigation in the harrow gate neighborhood. Two men were shot in the legs, just before 12 30 in the 1800 block of East Cornwall street. One man is in critical condition, the other in stable.
