drugged like he says but they did. >> reporter: termer temple employee andrea couldn't stan accused cosby of sexual assault and sued him. as part of the 2005 deposition, her attorney asked cosby point blank, when you got the quaaludes was it in your mind that you were going to use these quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with? cosby said yes. >> later in the deposition, cosby mentioned having sex with a woman in las vegas though her identity is not clear. i meet the name a redacted in las vegas. she meets me back stage. i give her quaaludes. we then have sex. i do not -- i can't judge at this time what she knows about herself for 19 years a passive permit. >> this is a serious additional compounding factor in the on-going cosby saga. >> reporter: will bill cosby be charged for crimes that allegedly happened years ago. tom klein said it's very possible bill cosby's attorney declined to comment on this recent release of these documents. meanwhile, cosby is no our website it's cbsphilly.com. fast moving storms popping up across the region tonight and some of them are carrying heavy rains prompting flooding concerns. meteorologist kate bilo is keeping a close eye on the radar she joins us with more on what's happening right now. kate? >> that's right, jessica. we especially one storm now moving into portions of lancaster and chester counties and it's right here. it's got a lot of lightning with it an lot of heavy rain. these storms moving from south to north all night long and some of them prompted flash flood warnings. we have one over bucks county i'll show that you in just a minute. i want to show that you this storm lost lightning moving quickly toward lancaster you can see a few showers further south of there as well this kim pack portions of new castle county an area that was under a flash flood warning earlier tonight. showers over the lehigh val vol now broken up but we will continue to see these heavy rains move through from south to north overnight. and again here's our flash flood warning tinicum township down towards hilltown and perkasie reports in bucks county of 8-inches of water on the roads that's how heavily this rain came down much it's coming fast and furious these showers and storms will continue to move through during the overnight hours. let's take look at future weather and you can see what we're talking about. again the showers and storms lifting in another round just south of the delaware that's going to come up through delaware and could hit the city by about two 3am. they will be scattered and finally by tomorrow morning we clear out. another chance for scattered showers comes late tomorrow afternoon into tomorrow evening. in the meantime, it's warm and it's very steamy outside. 77 right now at the airport. 77 in wilmington. we'll hold in the mid 70s pretty much all night long. so definitely a night for the air-conditioner orphan i'll tell you how long the steamy weather will stick around coming up with the seven day forecast. jessica? >> kate, thanks so much. a four alarm fire ripped through a pay less shoe store and forces evacuation in delaware county tonight. chopper three over the scene on 69th street and upper darby as crews battled the flames there. homes behind that store were evacuated due to the heavy smoke smoke. we know one firefighter was transported to the hospital but his condition is unclear at this time. the fire has since been placed under control. tonight a philadelphia community is mourning the loss of a young mother killed over the weekend. emotional vigil for 17-year-old anita cotton as friends and family gathered in hunting park. police say cotton was stabbed to death by another teen girl. after cotton's group got into a fight with other teens following the city's fourth of july celebrations. police are still searching for the person who killed cotton. the young mother leaves behind a two-year-old daughter. more charges have been filed in the april kidnapping of a woman on philadelphia's jewelers row. police now say this man recruited khiry gay and basil bee wee to grab a female employee of that store and force her into a van. they rob the woman and demanded security codes to the jewelry store which the woman did not know. she was eventually thrown from the van at a cemetery in darby. she suffered a concussion and broken ribs. authorities are investigate a vaccine mix up in clinic that was located inside memorial hospital's sail salem county we know at least five children got the wrong vaccine. we have also learned vaccines were improperly refrigerated and had to be destroyed. here's investigative reporter charlotte huffman. >> reporter: for 25 years shots for tots at administered free vaccinations to the counti' uninsured but this evening county officials say no more. the county run immunization clinic is shut down. >> we're just making sure we put -- we're putting a lid on the negative aspects of this program. >> reporter: county attorney michael mulligan says the two registered nurses in charge have resign. nurses mandy cassidy and nicole johnson were nowhere to be found for a comment. after audit and county investigation found five children were given the wrong medication. and vaccines worth an estimated $20,000 weren't refrigerated properly deemed unsafe and thrown out. >> in the past year, the shots for tots clinic vaccinateed only 22 people. five of them were children who received the wrong medications. they include two children who received expire vaccines, one child who received a vaccine despite being under the recommended age one child who officials are still trying to determine what kind of vaccine the child received, and in what county officials are calling the most agregious case one two-year-old boy received an excessive dose of the cervical cancer prevention vaccine gardisil. >> it's an inappropriate medication obviously for a two-year-old. and it was given in adult dosage dosage. gardisil administration to someone of at the present time years can present a problem with regard to neurologic development the. >> reporter: the families have been notified and whether the children will be affected is not yet known. but the county has agreed to pay the medical bills to monitor the children for the foreseeable future. this afternoon memorial hospital released a statement saying that the hospital has no medical oversight of the clinic. they only provide the space for the clinic to run free of charge. in salem county, i'm charlotte huffman, cbs3 "eyewitness news". there are important steps you can take to keep your child safe. first confirm the type of vaccination before it's given. also only take your child to licensed professionals. angeles. they also plan to meet the president at some point. all eyes are on south jersey's carli lloyd who scored the fastest hat trick in women's world cup history. earlier today she spoke with cbs's anthony mason about the legacy of team usa. >> you have a dream. it's definitely achieveable and we still all manage to get here to this point and, you know, i think it's just an amazeing accomplishment. >> our local hero surprised high school soccer team from chester county when the team traveled to see lloyd and the rest of team usa compete in the quarter final game they had no idea parents of nicholas bear spoke tonight from the hospital. he was hit by that plane as he was walking back on at the beach from the water. he suffered a concussion, underwent emergency brain surgery but is now in good condition. >> it's interesting living in a community and feeling like you know some people but when something like this happens it's amazing the response is just really literally amazeing. and we really appreciate so many people reaching out to us and just continued prayers. >> bear is expected to recover. the pilot of that plane was not injured. on the health watch tonight taking a nap at work may not only benefit you but also your boss. researchers at the university of michigan say napping on the job may lead to a boost in productivity. in a study of 40 people between the ages of 18 and 50, some were assigned an hour nap. others weren't. researchers found those who revved perform better on complicateed tasks. they also felt less impulsive than their counterparts. it turns out oreos are getting a new look and it comes with a frack of the calories. oreos thins will hit store shelves next month. they're a third slimmer than the regular oreos and the new cocky is being called a sophisticated snack for adults that means this version is not meant to be twisted or dunked. i don't know about that. but about half of the people who eat oreos pull them apart first. tonight be careful on the roads. not only do we have the heavy rain in spots. we've had flooding reports of over 8-inches of rain in the perkasie area of bucks county and now we've got fog developing as well. let's take look outside. you can see it's a little fogged in here on our atlantic city camera. as we look live on skycam3. just a little bit of fog out there but the fog will thicken in spots overnight. patchy dense fog can up on you quick physical you're traveling around the area. just be safe out there. no rain in atlantic city right now. in fact the shore has largely been missed by the showers and storms that we've been seeing tonight. take a look at storm scan3. you can see the big picture a strong cold front slicing across the upper midwest noon the plane states with strong thunderstorms there. out ahead of that we're getting all this warm moist airlifting in from the south and we have. we'll be trapped in a very muggy weather pattern until this front comes through and clears us out. but it's not going to clear us out without a little bit of volatility in the form of thunderstorm on wednesday. we're seeing showers lift from south to north. you can see that flow coming from the south all the humidity is coming from and notice the heavy thunderstorm right now over portions of lancaster county just south of lancaster right toward the maryland border. the rest of the region is quiet foreshow now but we will continue to see showers and storms lift in from south to north during the overnight hours and some could have frequent lightning and again the threat for heavy rain. still flash flood warning in that area. perkasie up toward tinicum township in buck county thanks to the heavy rain that fell a couple of hours ago that goes until 12:15am be safe especially in that part of the area. right now it's 75 in reading. 74 in allentown. got a pair of sevens in philadelphia. very warm. moist night. future visibilities by 3am in mount pocono down to .3 -- three tenths of a mile there. and down to around 2 miles in atlantic city. and briefly to around zero in mount pocono. patchy fog early tomorrow morning. heading in to wednesday that's when that front finally approaches and it will bring thunderstorms mainly down the shore later wednesday evening it look like it's shifting to the east. thursday stays humid. but at least it's not as hot back to the 80s and then the humidity does start to drop by friday. showers and storms overnight. it clears out tomorrow. very very spotty shower and thunderstorms activity and then watch late wednesday. that's when a couple of these storms come through and they can produce heavy rain later wednesday evening and in fact our rain chances will be highest on wednesday at around 60%. so overnight tonight it's muggy showers and showers could be heavy at times watch pore that fog. tomorrow partly sunny with isolated shower. 90 degrees wednesday. heavy thunderstorms possible in the afternoon and evening especially from the city on east and then thursday still steamy but the best news comes friday, saturday and sunday as of right now it looks fantastic. lower humidity but nice and warm warm. a great
