Kvalvogs lay out cover-up allegations against school, trooper in sons' fatal crash

MOORHEAD — Raymond and Katherine Kvalvog said finding out the connection between a Minnesota State Patrol trooper who investigated their sons’ fatal crash with the school whose basketball team the boys were traveling with when they died was like peeling back layers of onions.
