given out vaccines as gifts. ktvu azenith smith here now, with more on the investigation as well. frank sinclair county says they will not provide more vaccines until the hospital can assure the county is falling of the rules in santa clara county teachers are not yet part of the vaccination rollout plan yet the hospital offered vaccines to 65 teachers and lost god offs. i don't know how a
