Three counties and the north bay will be moving into phase 2, that is napa county, Sonoma County and what is going to happen is Retail Stores will reopen, but for Curbside Service only. The transactions should be touch free. Customers will not be allowed inside of stores. Companies must make sure their employees have proper equipment. The department of Public Health has issued new rules on thursday, lower risk businesses in the phase 2 reopening include bookstores, toy stores, Clothing Stores, Sporting Good stores and flower shops. Bay area counties are sheltering in place, and seven Bay Area Health departments have released a joint statement saying changes to the health order will be evaluated at the local and regional level, and that right now they are not ready to ease restrictions. Now is not the time to let down our guard, the virus is not getting any less deadly. It is unclear how soon the other counties will move into phase 2, but San Francisco and moraine counties are looking at a date to begin the process.
