Reporter i spoke with a professor at uc berkeley and he said this will definitely help but it will take at least 2 to 3 weeks for people to get those checks, which will be difficult time, a welcome bit of relief but really just a shortterm fix. We will be following what happens. The Trump Administration said it is developing a plan to potentially revise social distancing guidelines. In a letter to the u. S. Governors the president said they will rate individual counties by risk from low to moderate to high risk. State and local leaders will then be able to make a decision whether to keep the increase nor loosen social distancing policies and other restrictions. Federal officials were asking what would stop people from going to a high risk area to a low risk area. Part of this will be the need to have a highly responsible behavior between counties. And i think the American People can understand that, that they will understand where the virus is because we will have the testing data, and where it isnt. And hayward there are new numbers from the drive through Testing Center that just opened. Those numbers show that about 25 of the people tested on the first day, tested positive for the coronavirus. The demand has been so great, that the center is now adjusting their criteria. In marin there are 65 cases, sonoma has 39 cases and one death napa county has seven cases, contra costa has 23 new cases, bringing the total to 131, and one death.
