Senate approved a 2 trillion coronavirus economic stimulus bill to help shore up the economy devastated by the coronavirus outbreak. The vote was unanimous after several days of negotiations. The legislation would provide 350 billion in loans to Small Businesses. Set up a 500 billion Lending Program for companies. Give 100 million to hospitals and send direct payments of 1,200 for people earning up to 75,000 a year. Payments would start to phase out for individuals who make more than that. 90 of americans would be eligible to receive full or partial payments. This is about as flawless as you could possibly be. So far 15 patients have been tested and there are no positive cases. The city run hospital serves adults with disabilities and the elderly.
