outback when she was hit by the driver of an audi a4. at the intersection of land in macarthur at 1 am. the driver and his two passengers got out and ran away. leaving their car behind. anyone with information about that should call oakland police. police said domestic violence may have been the motive behind a shooting outside a starbucks. henry lee now from moraga and illustrates dispute the ex-girlfriend, was grazed in the head. the friend was shot in the leg. both were treated at the hospital and released. the gunmen ran away but was found lying in a parking lot near the 24 hour from person- to-person. the outbreak has infected more than 200 people in central china, where it is believed to have begun in a seafood mart. at least three people have died so far. infected patients reported symptoms similar to pneumonia with a fever, cough, and shortness of breath. since the outbreak started, the coronavirus has spread to south korea, thailand, and japan. >> it is a class a screening passengers from the area of central china where the outbreak began. some bad news for flu sufferers the season, experts say that those of already battled the virus may be at risk of getting county, a mother and father and young daughter wandered out onto the lake, and fell through when the ice gave way. video posted on tmz shows saturdays rescue. all three were rescued after about three minutes in the water. officials say they declined medical treatment, tmz reports signs are posted around that lake wanting people to stay off of the ice. a member of the heavenly ski patrol has died after being found unconscious on a trail in an expert level part of the mountain. douglas county nevada sheriff's deputies were called out saturday to the mott canyon area of the resort. the 36-year-old man was flown to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. he is a defined as christopher john nicholson of south lake tahoe. officials say he was working on the heavenly ski patrol that day and there was a serious incident but did not elaborate. a cause of death is still being determined. time for a check of the weather. bill martin here is a look -- here with a look. >> it rained after the big snow, there is a layer of ice that formed on the surface and then we have this most recent snow and when that new snow sits on that ice, it has a tendency to slide but avalanches, i mean, there has been a lot of that. that is what you hate, rain after the mountains after a major snowstorm because it puts a cap on that layer of snow and creates a thin layer of ice. so i guess what i'm getting at is even now if you're going up there snowboarding or skiing or even backcountry, really think about that, i do a lot of stuff myself but i'm careful because when you get that rain, that can cause a lot of problems, so i have been hearing a lot of stories from up there the last couple of weeks. so just be careful. stay in bounds. especially with that ice layer present. so we have clouds out there now, the clouds are going to kind of thicken up more tonight, we're going to end up with rain in the morning. the morning commute will be a little bit wet, here's a forecast. is that a lot of rain? no, not much at all, less than a half inch, a quarter inch in santa rosa. i mean, it is good but you expect that last storm, we had an inch and a half to an inch, this is more of just trace amounts. scattered showers tomorrow morning, tomorrow afternoon more scattered showers, the morning commute, it looks like it wants to be a little bit damp. the afternoon commute like it wants to be damp, i think it will be drier by 5:00. here is the model. another way to look at it. same model, different perspective. 7 am, tuesday morning, and then you see 1:00, lunch time is about when the meat of this week weather system comes through and 5:00 use the scattered showers. so it is not had -- it does not have a lot of. it may be 4 inches of snow, maybe something like that. and then
