A woman who said she is the wife of the man inside spoke to us and said she was angry about rumors that since they lived near the school, he may have been involved with the explosive found on tuesday in the student parking lot of thats cool. Streaming he wasnt even around when all that happened. He was not even in the area. He could not of been part of it. This is just ridiculous. There were some evacuations because of the standoff and there are reports the incident may have started because of a parole issue. We are waiting to hear back from San Jose Police to find out if that man has been detained. San jose Police Continue to investigate the sophisticated bomb found on campus at Oak Grove High School. The bomb found on campus was real and the person responsible for putting it there is still at large. Its been a lot of worries. Some nonchalant. Some sad. Shocking. Reporter this was the scene tuesday. Students were first told to shelter in place and then evacuated to a nearby park. The bomb had been discovered by a staff member near the student parking lot and then brought to the administration building. Very concerned. That this was left where it was left in one of our most mobile areas and were doing everything we can to identify the individual responsible. To do that San Jose Police say they are investigating the bomb itself looking for clues. They are also checking your by surveillance cameras and asking families to report any suspicious behaviors. A deadly stabbing in santa rosa may be connected to a investigators say the body of a 55yearold man was found in the home on jennings avenue and it was santa rosas third homicide this year and there were signs of a struggle. The body was found by a woman who came home and then ran next door to get help. Some of the neighbors say marijuana growing in the victims backyard may be connected to his death. He got crazy about it and yelled at us and that was our only interaction with him ever in 14 years. Of the large marijuana grow reportedly diverted power from the house and the pg e crew adjusted the wiring to help forensic investigators at the crime scene. The atf is offering a reward for information on the mass shooting on halloween in orinda. The agency will give up to 20,000 to anyone who can give information that will lead to the arrest of whoever is responsible for the shooting. Police arrested five people in connection with the shooting but four have been released and no one has been charged for murder. The stabbing victim was attacked after he saw the suspect trying to steal the shoes of a parked rider who was sleeping. That move was designed to ease overcrowding at john george Psychiatric Hospital also in san leandro.
