New this morning, police in oak land are investigating a homicide near 20th street and san pablo avenue. Video from the citizen app shows the scene moment office it happened. Officers say they responded to a shooting at 11 15 last night. A man with a gunshot wound was taken to the hospital and died. Police have not released information about a suspect or motive. Also new this morning, firefighters are investigating a house fire in south san jose. That started after midnight at the corner of pine land avenue and safari drive. No one was home at the time. It took firefighters about 30 mes to get it under control. No injuries are reported and the cause is under investigation. If you are driving between 500 or 1000 feet within a school you shouldnt be driving any faster than 25 miles an hour. Some school zones the limit is slower than that, 15 miles an hour in spots depending on where you are.
