It had shut down september 25th because cracks were found on the bus stop and it took almost a year to repair and reopen the center, but all inspections are done and independent experts approved the building to reopen to the public. Immigrants under the aggressive new rules could be denied a green card if they use medicaid, food stamps or other public assistance.
