Search and rescue divers were in Lake Del Valle in livermore where someone jumped off a rock and into the water and then did not resurface. It happened late this afternoon. Authorities have not released many details, but we learned that the search is more a male juvenile. Over the weekend, a man also drowned at Lake Del Valle. His body was found on sunday. In the south bay, the hot, dry weather helped fuel a grass fire that spread to a home in san jose. The flames broke out at about 12 30 this afternoon in the East San Jose foothills on mcvay avenue at hubbard way.
