Parents of new haven students have filed the first paperwork to recall three of the five school Board Members. The three of the five must be served with the recall notice and will have seven days to respond. The Board Members could choose to resign or face the recall if the parents could get the more than 7800 petition signatures required to get the measure on the ballot. Parents say if they choose to fight the recall, there may not be an election until next spring.
