According to investigators, he then shot and killed three people outside then went inside pulled a fire alarm and while wearing a gas mask and carrying magazines and smoke grenades, started shooting at students and teachers as they flooded into the hall. The hospital workers have been working around the clock and havent slept but we dont know if they have stopped to have a meal. So you get an idea of how the community is coming together. His wife opened the package suffering hearing loss and minor burns when it exploded. The officer interviewed him in 2013 as part of a drug and burglary investigation. The modesto couple charged with murder for the stabbing death a young woman left to die on a rural road east of livermore was back in court this morning. Authorities say they are equally responsible in the stabbing death of their friend, 19yearold Lizette Cuesta and leaving her for dead along tesla road. Motorists found cuesta crawling on her stomach. Before she died she identified the couple as her killers. Sources tell ktvu that gross admitted to stabbing cuesta more than 2 dozen times in the head, back and neck. In a jailhouse interview, gross told me he acted in self defense and snapped after the victim elbowed him. He told me that leonardo was driving the night of the incident. Earlier in the evening gross said he had sex with cuesta in the back of his fiancees car. Walnut creek police have released pictures of a man who they say exposed himself and committed a lewd act on a transit bus last week. The woman alerted the bus driver when they arrived at the bart station but he fled. He is 35 to 45, about 511, and cleanshaven. Richmond police say they arrested a 17yearold boy during an operation to crack down on street robberies. Officers say on tuesday night, they spotted two suspicious people on 13th street. One of them was wearing a ski mask. One suspect ran off but they were able to take the masked teen into custody after a short chase. They say he was carrying a loaded gun, a cell phone and bag of bullets along with a student identification from hercules high school. A Vacaville School bus driver has been arrested for allegedly abusing a special Needs Elementary School student. The incident was caught on School Bus Surveillance video. An associate superintendent said the footage from the cameras is hard to watch and the drivers behavior was inexcusable. Lamb is one of 20 officers who patrol the middle and high schools, along with 90 civilian officers. That might have been helpful information that could have prevented a tragedy.
