One of those suspects is on the run after both men as we know walked away from a palo alto courthouse, november 6th. Around 5 15, chp tried to pull over an suv in a routine traffic stop. It was travelling south of 8 mile road. That suv refused to stop and led police on a chase through north stockton leading to trinity parkway where the driver jumped out of the car and ran into a nearby walmart where he was taken into custody. According to witnesses, reports were four shot were fired. There were no injuries. The driver of that car has been identified as mcclue. After he left that, suv, his passenger bevin got to the drivers seat and drove off. Hes on run. Last seen driving a green 1999 Ford Explorer with the license plate 7tyy505. Bevin is considered armed and danger us. Both men escaped the courthouse by slipping out the side door into a uhaul. According to an article in the east bay times, the mayor says she would like an additional 100 landlords throughout oakland to step up and do the same thing. According to a survey done earlier, theres more than 5,000 People Living in Alameda County without permanent shelter by another more than half of those homeless live in oakland and also homelessness in oakland has gone up 25 compared to the year before. A south Bay High School teachere facing charges that he molested a 12yearold girl who he met this summer at a math camp. Chad zitzer is a teacher. He was booked yesterday on suspicion of lewd acts with a child. The girl told her mother and she notified the Sheriffs Office. Investigator say he inappropriate touched the girl at a private math camp. Last month he was put on leave by the San Jose School district when administrator found out about the allegations against him. Its a disturbing case. One thing you can take away from this case is the relationship the mother had with his daughter to get this person arrested. Hes held at the main jail on a 300,000 arrest warrant. He will likely be arraigned after the holiday. A third member of the Gymnastics Team come forward to say she was sexually abused by a doctor. Douglas says she was abused by dr. Larry.
