San Francisco Police continue to investigate a deadly accident. Police say that just after eight last night a man was hit and killed while walking along sloan boulevard and 36 avenue. He died at the scene but the driver stopped and is cooperating with the investigation. Also in San Francisco, a run away dump truck barreled down a hill and crashed into several cars. Two people had to go to the hospital. It happened about 2 45 yesterday afternoon near broadway. Police say that the dump truck was loaded concrete, causing the emergency brake to fail. Two people inside a car were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The truck driver was cited. The San Francisco board supervisors approved a resolution calling for the i mpeachment of the president. It was introduced last week.
