At the 580 at 680 we have some slowing in the traffic. Eastbound 580 they are clearing a crash but not causing a huge backup, but one person did send me a tweet. We are on this, but not causing a huge backup, especially in the direction of the commute. Looking at interstate 880 northbound and southbound, moving nicely. At the bay bridge toll plaza the traffic is light. The official death toll now standing at 10, the most powerful hurricane ever recorded continues on its path toward the u. S. Mainland. There are massive evacuations underway in florida ahead of Hurricane Irma which remains the category five storm. They will be restoring power, fixing equipment, being out in the field the way you see in these blue trucks. We will be out there with the Florida Power light safely working to complete the job. Reporter this is part of an agreement you have with the Florida Power light or this mutual aid call, and they know they need the eight from california. Thats right, in 2014 we signed a mutual aid agreement with Florida Power light essentially saying that they have a major disaster like a hurricane we will be there for them, and vice versa like if we have an earthquake, they will be here to support us. Reporter thank you so much for joining us. We will be going in a little bit later this morning to watch the process of the crews getting ready to head out toward irma. One final note, despite the fact that we are sending 100 pg e personnel, there will be more than enough people here to handle the incidents if we had an earthquake or if we need the pg e crews active in the bay area, we still have 1000 personnel, linemen, crews and supervisors, and they will be here to do the work necessary. This is part of the mutual aid effort were we can help florida right now, and if we need florida, they will help us as well. Ktvu Christien Kafton, thank you.
