The body was found last night in a trash bin where the little girl was last seen riding her scooter. A 15yearold boy who lives in the complex is now being questioned by police. He was arrested around the same time the body was found. It appears based on what we know now that there are no more outstanding suspects but its early in the investigation and until we interview people involved, we wont know.
