But Alameda County looked at the cases and they pinpointed these neighborhoods because they feel theyve been hit harder by covid19 and some of the other neighborhoods. And thats why they want to give them a head start. The bottom line is if you already have underlying health conditions you already know that you could have been vaccinated even before this particular day. But now its open to all 16 years and older. The family of a man shot and killed by san jose police has filed a lawsuit now against the city that lawsuit claims the deadly shooting back in january was unjustified because the man was unarmed. They intended to kill him and that for the family says that he was denied his day in court and the officers that are responsible should have to pay for what theyve done. They crossed the Cop C happening there now that first whale washed up in chrissy feels last wednesday. Now we have pictures and video of that whale that was sent to us from the Mammal Center in sausalito as well as the second well was found over at fitzgerald marine reserve in san mateo county on saturday. And the 3rd whale discovered earlier this week floating in the San Francisco bay near the berkeley marina. Now, all 3 of these whales are gray whales and the cause of death of the first 2, as i are inconclusive basically because they couldnt really you know, i didnt look like they died of malnutrition. It didnt look like they got hit by a ship, but they still have a team going out there to now study there schell the skeleton of the body really rule out that it was an human interaction caused the death of these whales and that 3rd whale that was found. Well, that thats going to be examined today. Fact marine Mammal Center told me that theyll be going out there in the afternoon on to Angel Island and trying to start their exam. And this is kind of a big deal because Dot Talk about the pandemic has affected like finding out what happened because were in this pandemic.
