On the November Ballot to propositions take aim at the criminal Justice System and money proposition 25 would end the states cash bail system and replace it assessing a persons flight risk and threat to the community with the help of Technology Used by a judge to decide whether or not a person is released awaiting trial supporters argue that current money bail system is racist classist and unfair. Its a system that criminalizes poverty. Its a system that the lower low income folks in communities of color for and essentially a judges you based on the size of your wallet nobody deserves to sit in jail. Necessarily just because they dont have enough money in their bank account.
