Now conditions will continue to get better as we make our way especially into thursday and friday these are your 2 days to really savor because theyre going have the best air quality before weekend conditions look likely to get a little worse yet again. 50s and 60s right now for your morning temperatures, not a bad way to start the morning. Later on today will be in the 70s 80s, not a bad way to spend the afternoon either robin thank you john were checking in on the Richmond Center fell where the drive time its double what it normally is because of an accident a minor crash, but its blocking. And its adding to the backup. So lets check in on west bound 5. 80 leading up to the pay gates, the crashes right after the view and we see looks like fire trucks responding to that as well if you look over to the right you can see some of fire trucks rolling out to the scene we had an earlier accident also that was cleared to the toll plaza so this one is fresh and its adding to the backup, its blocking the left lane so 19 minutes and growing because of that new crash. Ill keep my eyes on it here the bay bridge a minor waited some of the lanes right down the middle thats not bad at all 10 minutes into San Francisco. And no hot spots are trouble spots just some improving drive times all around the bay area darya james thanks a lot robin is 8 02 and the big story this morning more businesses allowed to start doing business outdoors in Contra Costa County and how about that timing how with bad air quality all around they finally get open kron fours will tran live for us in walnut creek. Following that story well and its tomorrow right is the day that theyre allowed to do that. It is tomorrow but for the Business Owners it probably feels like a whole new decade. Thats how long theyve been waiting by the way well talk about the air quality in just a few moments but look right behind me james and area doesnt look a little bit better you dont see that bed of haze sitting on top of us. So that is good news and we are trending in the right direction, not just in the air quality but as far as covid19 restrictions being pulled back so let me draw your attention to the screen. These are the business is available to you tomorrow. Music Television Activities thats also outside professional sports activities like racetracks that too is something available to you now as far as the air quality this morning. Look at the map. I love the album purple rain i dont like purple on my air quality map and the good part is there is no purple today. Lots are red which indicates unhealthy to very unhealthy. But for the first time in a few days were seeing orange and that is a step backwards in the right direction meaning that air quality slowly but surely getting a little bit better for folks all over the bay area including denise lewis. You are in your morning walking you tell me. What its been like for you the past couple of days, the last couple days has been hard to be in the dog has been panting within you know a block or so we just cant go out. And it stinks and so shes bored and needs to be 80 runs around the apartment instead. So shes bored. I have my teenager whose home schooling whose board and its been hard because i like fresh air and i like the windows open and cant do that and even air conditioners bringing in the smoke. Todays a little bit better. We have all these fancy computers and sensors but nothing like good old fashion boots on the ground do you feel a difference today. After a really big difference today and it will be nice to get quite park where i can take my mask off and breathe the fresh air in the next day or 2 we thank you so much it is a little bit better. But i think the damage has already been done denise because according to doctors, they say there has been so bad the past couple of days. Its almost like breathing or smoking half a pack of cigarettes. Every day and i dont smoke, i dont think you smoke, but we all smoked over the past couple of days. Back to you, yeah fortunately will youre talking about being out on the scene of fires and saying its so much to breathe when youre right there. And now imagine the thousands of firefighters theyre out there right now fighting those fires up and down the west coast. So lets take a look at the latest 35 people have died in the fire. So far in california alone more than 3 million acres has burned. And 4200 homes and other structures and the smoke as you know causing for bad air quality lets take a look and the various fires and the status of them right now you can look first on the map there theres the august complex fire burning in mendocino and humboldt counties the north complex fires in butte county. The creek fire in Fresno County and the eldorado fire in riverside county. Yeah, a look at the latest containment numbers for the wildfires that are burning immediately here in the bay area. And it looks like theyre almost there look the lnu complex fires is now 97 contained. The scu complex fires in the east and south bay is 98 contained and theyre looking at full containment, potentially by as early as tomorrow, so well keep you updated on that the czu complex fires in san mateo and santa cruz counties now 91 contained and then the woodward fire at point raise a National Seashore and marin counties now 95 contained this morning. Today berkeley leaders are set to vote whether or not to issue fines to people who dont wear a mask kron 4 Sarah Stinson has been on that story for us this morning, joining us live once again from berkeley sarah. Their face masks are required across berkeley, but theyre deciding whether there should be a fine or not im live here on 4th street in berkeley where you can see signage right here look at says fast Face Coverings required to remind people to keep 6 feet of distance and now the question is should people be fined who refused to wear a mask, the thinking of passing this type of the measure in place skews me but theyre trying to see just what they want to do i want to see if they do this they would be fined up to a 100 per day for the first violation with penalties increasing for repeat violations. How many other counties as we know have already approved such measures to enforce maskwearing and prevent the spread of coronavirus wearing a face mask is already required in berkeley when stepping into a store waiting in line for public transportation. When you enter really any workplace well outdoors dining when you get up from your table even when youre white walking biking and running outdoors and someone is within 30 feet of you. Now i talked to some people here on the street most people saying i mean yeah people should be fined if they really refuse to wear a mask talked to one guy says hes not quite sure how he feels about it. Here people as were a good job took some time the people are gas tried to put a was all like they have in addition to wear. So im on the fence. Hes on the fence and he said he sees people Wearing Masks all the time you see it you see the video right there that a shiny and seeing everyone wearing a Face Covering and that could be because theyre trying to get a cup of coffee here, but that could also be because theyre trying to follow the requirements but the city will decide tonight at 6 oclock whether they think a 100 fines will be necessary to make sure they can stop the the spread of the coronavirus here in berkeley. Well send it back to us in the newsroom. All right. Well take a break or at 8. 10 still ahead on the kron 00 04am morning news, a live report from los angeles where authorities are searching. For the people responsible for shooting 2 deputies over the weekend. And then as President Trump toward californias wildfire damage things devolved into debate over Climate Change. Well have details on that coming up as well and we do see some improvements in air quality this morning stepping out of the way of some of our better conditions near the coastline. I am talking good and better quality in just a few months, weve learned a lot more about the covid19 virus. Its real. And its dangerous. So, on behalf of all of us working on the front lines, please take it seriously. And while we dont yet have a cure or a vaccine, we do know how to keep you and your loved ones safe. Wear a mask. Wash your hands. Stay six feet apart. Do your best to stay out of crowded spaces. And get a flu shot, its even more important this year. We can do this. If we do it together. 8. 13 right now want to get a live look at the weather and this gives you a peek at walnut creek everybody is seeing gray this morning and its still bad air. It looks like we may be in this for another couple days. I cant believe its been almost 30 days which is well beyond the previous record couple years ago john in the Weather Center with more on that morejon yeah guys 30 13 before this that was back in rigit around the time of the camp fire so we shattered that former record of consecutive spare the air alert days. And its pretty easy to see why when you look at views like Half Moon Bay and then timber on right here with some noticeable hayes still hanging out right across the bay. There have been some some improvements in some areas our viewer Giuliana Griffin shared this photo from al gore not a look at that right along the coastline, beautiful blue skies to realize how much i miss guys that looked like that our coastal areas are definitely our best spots this morning. As our also portions of marine county on over to nevado not all that bad even portions of Contra Costa County seeing a nice Little Pocket of moderate air quality this is going to shift through the day but we are still seeing some cleaner air pushing in from the coast now which is sparing our coastal areas very poor air quality does remain in san jose up into the east bay and portions of the north bay and even peninsula in San Francisco. So were definitely still worse than we are better for most areas. We will see improvements, especially on thursday and friday and those 2 days of the ones that you really want to get outside saver because the weekend after that will come along with poor air slipping in yet again. The improvements that weve had recently can be accredited to some strong winds from the southwest that pushed across the bay yesterday. You didnt feel them because they were sitting above us these winds aloft really swept out that smoky layer above the bay. Thats when he looked up he saw the sunshine. But when you look at the horizon. It still saw the smoke out there winds are still calm at the surface despite the fact that we are breezy right up above us. Temperatures today will be in the 60s and 70s near the coastline with daly city an elder not to eat at 67 today, 70s for millbrae but burlingame South San Francisco in brisbane and 80 back for san carlos while woodside 83, south bay temperatures also working their way back into the low 80s and upper 70s now this is just a touch warmer than yesterday was same for you in the east bay where temperatures will climb just a few degrees as compared to where we were yesterday to start the week, north bay temperatures also a touch warmer bley who at 77 vacaville are warm spot at 88. Still no 90s on the 4 zone forecast today. Were going to save those for next week. Tomorrow and thursday steady temperatures not changing much thursday and expecting our best air quality has sweeping winds pushing across the bay area cleaning things up. Good chance to get outside and enjoy what should be some relief from these hazy conditions then come saturday and sunday as winds relax we still do have wildfires burning in the Sierra Nevada that are still putting up smoke that smoke is going to have the opportunity to settle back into the Central Valley and eventually the fuse our direction some a little worried, especially about what were going to see later this weekend. But not ahead of what will be good days thursday and friday. Robin. Thank you john were heading back to the richmond sandra fell bridge because thats where the traffic is recovering from earlier crashes we have to both are out of your way but the slow traffic is still there so lets check in west bound 5. 80 leading up to the pay gates, looking like this very heavy, so from right before return parkway through the toll plaza getting onto the bridge are averaging 13 once again both crashes are gone. But as you can see its still slow so get out there early here in the bay bridge toll plaza a minor weights. I think this commute is over this is nothing right minutes into San Francisco. The golden gate, not a look at that we see a little peek of sunshine thats nice to see 20 minutes rolling south nevado to San Francisco and the drive times they look good for the east shore 24 5. 80 and the nimitz with no major problems james back to you all right robin, thank 17 is the time happening right now la county sheriffs deputies are still searching for the gunman. That shot 2 deputies. We have Christina Pascucci from our sister station ktla now live this morning with the latest on the investigation. And the reward thats now being offered christina. The idea it is a big reward. Were talking 200,000 also want to tell your location or at Saint Francis Medical Center in lynwood not far from compton where these 2 deputies were shot to give you a live look behind us you can see some of the colleagues of these 2 deputies who line the perimeter of the hospital to show solidarity and offer protection shade is newly released video shows what happened in the moments after they were ambushed outside a Compton Metro station saturday night vo shot in the head one of them a 31 yearold deputy who is also a mother applied a tourniquet and helped her 24 yearold male partner. Even as she bled profusely from her jaw the manhunt this morning is intensifying the fbi Us Marshal Service is a searching for the gunman and now a 200,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible. Lets hear from a supervisor who is offering up hof that reward. In response to the tragic attack. So as a Mark Ridley Thomas an eye are offering a 100,000 reward for any information leading to the capture. The person who committed this heinous crime. The events of this weekend have made it clear to me. That the anti Law Enforcement rhetoric expressed by many elected officials Community Leaders and others has created a toxic environment. Amid the time of civil unrest. A la county sheriff, the that has criticized lawmakers and also people in the sporting world for how the is fanned the flames of police. Critics and so this morning, a bold plea from sheriff new events is asking superstar basketball superstar lebron james has been an outspoken critic of police to double that reward money listen to what the sheriff said. They want to make a challenge. This challenge is to lebron james. I want you to match that and that double that reward because i know you care about Law Enforcement you expressed a very interesting statement about your perspective on Race Relations in officerinvolved shooting them that the impact that has on the African American community. Appreciate that likewise we need to appreciate that respect for life goes across professions across races creeds. And id like to see lebron james step up to the plate. And though that. The la county Sheriffs Department says theyre still looking for the hooded gunman described as 28 to 30 years old and a possible accomplice who may have been driving a black mercedes as the getaway car. And finally this morning i want to tell you about a special meeting being called today after lynnwood city manager posted a controversial message to instagram following the shooting of these deputies, the post reads chickens come home to roost any should be seeing this right Lynnwood City Council members calling for the city manager to face consequences for his actions and for something to be done. Now the Sheriffs Department they really need tips theyre intensifying the manhunt as i said if you have any information you can report it anonymously to Crime Stoppers which is 1, 802 2, 2 tips, this morning, the Investigation Continues and as soon as something develops well bring it to you im Christina Pascucci reporting live for kron 4 news james darya send it back to you all right christina, thank you very much for the update. A 21 of the time right now and coming up here on the kron 00 04am morning news, its still another day of bad air all around the bay in varying degrees. We are going to take a look a closer look at the smoky air and as we continue what it does your health what you recommended to do and then when the weather might cooperate and give us a li and were back on as a 24 the creek fire has burned thousands of acres in Fresno County. So far has forced a lot of people to evacuate and. In the process leave all their things behind. But as Kristen Mitchell reports from our sister station kstu even theyre still finding reasons to smile. Its exciting when you have some of the you communicate community that has a home which is kind of a weird thing to say, but it kind of gives you hope Sierra High School principal Sean Osterberg is still finding reasons to smile. Inside a school which is now a creek fire commence. Like so many families of the 600 students there they evacuated a leftish the chickens but took Everything Else we knew we want to get over crashes. The way christians burned that were. The most also. The creek fire really tore through the Pine Ridge Community all around me as far as the eye can see or disk held tons of trees, many homes here are also destroyed in the only real way you can tell where a home was standing is because whats left behind in many cases, its just the chimney. A house burn down. That garage down all my out buildings burned down. But the chicken coop it still had some chickens alive giving him his wife and his 2 girls something to celebrate kind of a few pieces of homes still so pretty. Pretty nice their home is one of more than 470 structures destroyed fortunately, those numbers continue to go up a little bit. Those areas were so heavily damaged there is a lot trees that were coming down and it was not safe for the assessment crews to get in there to lose your home is very traumatic and its going to a new journey and its going to be a tough one. But i saw my family so have great friends and the community that were all going through it. That was Kristen Mitchell reporting the creek fire this morning is at 16 containment. John. Well air quality improved for some not necessarily for all of us looking so great though very poor conditions in red on the ballot in orange you have 4 and those spots a yellow near the coast though, and moderate we are 30 is the time our top story this morning continues to be the air quality the poor nature of it as we wake up this morning on a tuesday. Were looking at live pictures from walnut creek San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge and the bay bridge. And i guess the one thing is the shot, its look a little clear right because this the air is actually getting a little better john trouble in the Weather Center has been following that for us and it looks like conditions actually make it better still in the next day or 2 yeah, were looking at improvements actively taking place at least for a lot of the bay area. Bay bridge looking good golden gate was really clear Half Moon Bay also looking really nice look at all that sunshine overhead actually see the mountains down coast there a little bit as for current conditions, inland, maybe not quite as clear as our coastal areas are but still better than yesterday was very pour is red orange is pour while yellow is moderate thats the first time were seeing yellow on this map and multiple days. So we will count those small improvements better than we were especially friday and saturday which were worse days as far as air quality goes, 50s and 60s are your current temperatures so were starting the day with better air quality not the best though, and some pretty comfortable temperatures to not a bad way to do tuesday. I have more on your forecast still to come robin. Thank you john another little wave of traffic heading into San Francisco. It was packed this morning if in doubt and now were seeing some heavier traffic coming in, but its still not bad so well just say often on here for the drive into San Francisco. No crashes no stalls no hot spots, theres a minor weight. The line is starting to spill back to the 80 the overcrossing again, but its only 10 minutes into San Francisco. And a fresh crash for the nimitz its 80 south of tennis and its already moving off to the side. But thats why youre slow from 2. 38 leaving family and roast also crowding from san leandro to hayward that puts you at 26 minutes rolling south from to 38 to 37 chase. All right, thank you very much robin. Well students in San Francisco who need a little extra support during distancelearning are now getting some help the city opened up 45 Community Hub sights on monday. This in fact is one of them. This was at them or said heights playground and rec Center Students in need of extra support during distancelearning can get chrome books they can get wifi access and of course support and supervision as well and when theyre done studying, turns out they can spend a little time on the playground with some of the other students which is a big bonus for one of the second graders we caught up with. Is making to your kid you tyrion school like i did last time you play in this big thing is well the Community Hubs currently help about 800 students from k through 6th grade. The city eventually plans to open up a total of a 100 sites to serve 3,000 students, including middle and high school students. Every school in Santa Clara County is back open for in person classes. Yesterday was the first day back for a 193 students at action day primary pluses private elementary school. The School Started the new school year back in august with distance learning. It recently got a waiver though to hold in person classes the schools principal Michelle Ohara will join us live on kron on today to talk about resuming in person classes and you can watch that live interview starting at noon so make sure you tune in for that. And on kron 4 by the way also airing a special focus on Virtual Learning tonight. Were going to talk to educators from across the bay area about how families and teachers are dealing with this pandemic is schools continue to be closed since last spring back to school coping during a pandemic will air tonight at 9. 30. Well lets go to the south bay we have small Business Owners and faith leaders saying that Santa Clara County officials are holding them back from reopening indoors right now the county is more restrictive then with the state guidelines are recommending local Business Owners are on the verge of closing and theyre urging county leaders to create a better pathway to further reopen the economy once and as a Council Member agrees and says its time for the county to act. I want to start by saying government cant be all about saying no one ever asked the county to clarify when esta titian services can reopen in a statement here i always received we dont now has the answer. We have not been classified and it here. This is unacceptable. A local business is asking the county to consider a new plan towards reopening their plan includes more transparency on the reopening discussions at county meetings and then pushing for more money and grants to to help those businesses that are struggling. The Santa Clara County Public Health department is urging its residents to get flu shots this year. Thats in addition to taking measures to prevent the spread of covid this Health Officials say the annual flu affects many people there in the very same demographics as the coronavirus which includes those over the age of 65 and people with chronic medical conditions. Health officials also say the symptoms of the flu and the coronavirus a very similar and the 2 illnesses could be mistaken for each other if someone hasnt been properly vaccinated or tested for the virus. And were also tracking our local coronavirus cases to so far the state has recorded more than 765,000 cases with more than 1400 deaths in the bay area we have now more than 90,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus with more than 1200 people dying from it. Time now 8. 34 and it is back to work for some Business Owners in San Francisco hair salons and barbershops are now serving clients indoors. The new guidelines and safety precautions limit the number of clients that can shop on any given day of course but stylists and barbers arent complaining fact theyve been book full of customers that are eager to get in and get their cut some color. We really busy as in theres a lot of hair on the floor everybodys come in with 6 months caveman with the growth in its clogging up their dispensary i say like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders as you see chad like of tyler hair on the floor, so its it feels good feel. The free born in a sense. A local salons and barbershops say that theyre very busy. Theyre booking appointments for the rest of the month a lot of people desperate to finally get their hair cut. All right, lets turn our attention to the historic wildfire season that has struck california the debate now seems to be centering on Climate Change and becoming a campaign talking point flooded democrats rely on science President Trump though continues to deny that Climate Change really exists. The president spent 2 hours in sacramento yesterday getting briefed on the wildfire situation from state officials before his briefing with those state Emergency Management leaders, President Trump reiterated to reporters his concerns with californias Forest Management i think this is more of a management situation. Countries in europe, Governor Newsome told the president that the fires are the result of Climate Change as well. But Governor Newsom also acknowledge that the yes more work does need to be done with managing californias wildlands. The majority of which by the way are owned by the federal government. Take a 36 is the time still ahead, the kron 4 morning news, San Jose City leaders coming together to fight Illegal Dumping well tell you what theyre looking to do to help clean up the mess. Lawmakers react to President Trumps order to remove over 2000 troops from iraq. Im kelly meyer reporting from washington. Why critics say the drawdown comes with drawbacks. Theyre quality continues to be something that poses a hazard to bay area residents as were stepping outside even though coastal areas have been improved a lot since where we have been very poor conditions in red still linger for much and were back time 39 President Trump plans to bring the number of u. S. Troops in iraq down to 3,000 this month as part of his Campaign Promise to end endless wars. Now our washington correspondent kelli meyer has reaction from lawmakers on capitol hill and from critics who say the move could be a bad one. I want to withdraw our forces but i want to do it responsibly South Carolina republican senator Lindsey Graham says he supports President Trumps decision to scale back the number of american troops in iraq, you have other nations helping iraq not just us the plan would withdraw more than 2000 troops from the region this month President Trump campaigned on the promise of ending what he called endless wars, i dont think any of us believe that we are. You know be you know be in worse for 4 decades, Florida Republican senator rick scott also supports the drawdown and hopes more troops can return home from the middle east in the future in other countries will figure out how do i defend their democracy is on their own despite the support one National Security expert here in washington says the drawdown comes with drawbacks any concerns that hes just doing this to sort of a Campaign Pledge bryant. A tool is with the center for American Progress says removing forces can leave space for terrorist groups to move in the threat of isis and age. Has actually researched a bit and in some withdraw actually continues this process of opening the door to iran catalyst says peace talks like what secretary of state mike pompeo is having with taliban leaders and afghan officials. Is a better move in the long run pompeo is hopeful all troops can return from afghanistan. By spring 20 21 reporting in washington, im kelly meyer. Well at 8. 41 we continue to monitor the bad air quality across the bay area, heres a live look at conditions as you can see were in the orange which is a little better than the purple we saw last week still not healthy though well have more on your air quality forecast coming up. Its 44 is the time right now and we are taking a look at the weather and hoping for things to turn around a little by little little by little. Were seeing some improvement today, john yeah, definitely noticing improvement, especially near the coastline, a little bit of blue in the skies above tehran, but you also notice the haze impossible to miss that is still hanging out across the bay area closer to the coast you get generally the better skies do look with clear skies right along the coastline around Half Moon Bay and up in marin county on over to nevado event. Well the deep red and the orange still indicates very port support conditions which is really what most of us in the bay area are Still Holding on to. So there are some improvements but were going to focus on that because that is a positive but you still be wary of spending too much time outside today as our air quality is still bad enough for a 29th consecutive spare the air alert to be in effect. We saw improvements because winds pushing in from the southwest really cleaned up air quality right at the coastline and then above the surface you didnt really feel that wind so much at the surface yesterday nor this morning where theres calm conditions but you head up above 1000 feet and thats where those stronger winds are that are helping to mix and stir out some of the haze that at least is sitting above us. Obviously the haze that settle down into the bay itself still hanging out with us this morning, 60s and 70s for coastal areas, daytime highs today and well be looking at some 70s to 80s elsewhere in the bay early game at 78 for the High Temperature while woodside and seeing carlos each back into the low 80s, same for you in the south bay where temperatures will rise a little bit warmer than what we saw yesterday that takes a few more of us into the 80s. What we had for your monday. Oakland at 74 today ball conquered in danville 87, north bay temperatures in the 70s to 80s much like the east and south bay with a few 60s near the coastline. Lets take a look at where were headed on into tomorrow and thursday temperatures wont change much. We will still have a spare the air alert in tier wednesday that will be the 30th one in a row. After that thursday and friday these are days of change as we do see some sweeping winds pushing into the bay. This is really going to clean up the air come thursday and friday and im expecting these 2 days to have our best air quality after that comes common condition saturday and sunday that gives the opportunity for more smoke to drift into the region expected from our fires over the Sierra Nevada so air quality not likely to last very good for very long. You got to enjoy that nice little window we are going to have later this week. Robin. Thank you john were checking back in on the richmond sandra fell where traffic is recovering from 2 crashes we had one before the pay gates one after the pay gates and it never really recovered its going to get there, but its going to take a little more time maybe within the next 30 minutes to an hour. So yes we still have some slow traffic west 5. 80 leading up to the pay gates, this fills back off and on to right around richmond parkway so thats not too bad 11 minutes to the north bay here at the bay bridge just a minor way much better than a couple of hours ago, no delays across the span youre good on the skyway no problems of the james lick even 2 80 is at the limit and smooth and then its just a little stretch of slow traffic rolling south youre recovering from that crash and tennis and sell stop and go to the south from to 38 to 92. Thats not bad 30 minutes to make it out to milpitas star you, thanks a lot in the 47 and families living through the destruction of the wildfires are weighing on the cop and topic on climb it change now. Kron fours terisa stasio is in Solano County and she talked to some of the victims of the lnu lightning complex fires. Yeah, i definitely think so i mean every year its less and less rain and hotter and hotter and drier summers, and its definitely has to play or on it. Emily chaves says friends of hers are now living in a hotel after losing everything in the recent fires that tore through Solano County just one of many dealing with the fallout of this recent firestorm. Those staying on the ground thats been for the wine and mouth out of them. Theyre also at 7 years of the wind and theyre probably 40 50,000. Dilso balthazar had 15,000 bottles of wine here at his home. He also had barrels he planned to harvest, but all of that is gone, so is his barn, his fruit trees, his kitchen, his bridge. In fact the scope of damage. He suffered when the hennessy fire ripped through the ridge and range down on the valley here in vacaville is profound and he is not alone. His neighbors on both sides lost their homes. Thousands ares now sorting through what is left working with an insurance adjuster when asked about whether he felt Climate Change fuel the fire. He said of course its all tied up together. Have tradition of 20 funder vision would ends when its hot. He had about a 20 may have placed on it about us or says that he was prepared to battle the blazes he feels with his home nestled along Pleasant Valley road. It is a potentially dangerous location. He showed me powerful hoses that he installed but pg e had turned off the power. The fateful night. The fire came through and his solar power failed as well. About is our said that his neighbor was actually able to take buckets and then splash it on his home.
