with the national guard about providing reinforcements as an already devastating wildfire season. >>threatens to get even worse. the scu fire complex is the second largest fire in state history. scorching now more than 365,000 acres containment is up to 20%. it's followed closely in size historically and currently by the lnu complex fire which has burned more than 356,000 acres in the north bay that complex is 27% contained and then there's the czu complex in the santa cruz mountains that's burned. but 80,000 acres and containment has grown to 19% altogether these local fires have burned about 800,000 acres in just over a week all right, let's get a closer look at each of those major we start off with the scu lightning complex and. >>contra costa alameda santa clara, san joaquin and stanislaus counties more than 365,000 acres have been scorched in the fires are 20% contained tonight, 5 people have been injured 3 1st responders and 2 others more than 20,000 structures are threatened. >>now that lnu lightning complex it has burned across 5 counties. sonoma napa solano lake and yolo for more than 356,000 acres to become the 3rd largest fire in state history, 5 people have died and more than 900 structures have been destroyed 10's of thousands of additional structures remain threatened to knife. >>and the czu lightning complex that has burned more than 79,000 acres in an area that hasn't seen flames like these in decades. cal fire says that more than 400 structures have been destroyed and 32 or damaged. we're also monitoring the woodward fire that's in western marin county it has grown to more than 2700 acres. >>it's 5% contained about 90 homes and businesses were evacuated just yesterday even though it's been burning for about a week now flames continue to burn in a remote area of the point reyes national seashore there are more than 1600 structures that are threatened. >>okay to give a little background here we welcome in the danube or land from cal fire to learn just how these firefights are going tonight that daniels the chief of planning risk analysis fire engineering and investigations. >>at cal fire. thank you for your time daniel, i know you guys are extremely busy can you bring us up to speed on how the weather and resources may be helping crews out there tonight. >>well today we've continued to make good progress on double run the market came in numbers are inching up which is very good. the last couple of days, the weather really has cooperated with law firm that given up a good window of opportunity. >>i think continue to strengthen our line building became a line around the now in the next couple of days, we are monitoring the weather very closely as it's very likely that we're going to feel a little bit of a warming trend and you know we've got to continue to make sure that our lines hold at those temperatures to come up an especially if the potential reduces back down to daniel it seems like we dodged a when those lightning strikes with thunder storms we're we're we're supposed to be hitting aside. >>apparently the lightning strikes didn't do what they were what they were planning to do. well, you know we are definitely. >>yeah we're definitely great in for 4 more like the sunday night into monday a preparing for what could be another busy couple days but are in reality. the thunderstorms actually seem to bring a little bit of rainfall which we weren't necessarily. expected and that was definitely a welcome sight. but as we continue to move on further into the summer months and into the coming you know we're just going to get further into summer and so unfortunately a little bit of a a weather may have passed. >>day we don't fire behavior can be extremely erratic 2 homes burned on a street, the next home isn't homes after that burned. it seems like the czu which is the santa cruz mountains fire and the l a new fire complex in the north bay have just been. wildly more destructive in terms of you know deaths and structures burned while the scu that complex in the east bay, south bay and central valley has has burned more acreage can you bring us up to speed on where the biggest threats are still tonight out of these 3 complexes. >>well the fact of the su lightning complex in the series of fires burn in the east bay are for the most part really away from populated area that obviously is a key in why there's not the same amount of destruction. obviously fires in the santa cruz mountains where there are homes all the hill there and in the lnu any complex that fire burned all the way down into a vacaville interest airfield so very urbanized you one of the reasons so we often see. you know home right next to each other one burned one survived there's a number of factors and you know one of the biggest things that we've been learning with the wildfires i really have to do with the fact just that that home have defensible space and was that home built out of a building material that are amber resistant that combination the fence or stay at home or need that really increases the chance of the home survive in a while for like this. >>daniel, i know you don't have a crystal and you certainly are getting some containment here when do you think you're going to be able to wrap this up and. is there the fear that once you even get get everything tamp down they'll be more conditions that are right for more fires through the summer into the fall. >>we are going to continue to actively and aggressively fight these fires in every single those containment numbers, so we'll continue to go up now obviously we're going to have to the long-term weather forecasts here very closely to make sure we don't get any wind events or any more lightning advance that hampered those efforts. but it is likely that we will be battling the for the weeks to come but the good peak here though as we make progress in some sections of these fires and we reduce the threat to community we are working very closely with the local sheriff's departments across the bay area to make sure we get people back into their homes as soon as possible. >>dale i heard anecdotally from a family friend living in the santa cruz mountains the ben lomond area. the other not sure if their home is still standing but they've heard the water pipes in the area maybe shot they said they might not be able to go home even if their home exists is still standing until october have you heard anything about infrastructure. that has now. been compromised because of the fires. >>after a wildfire burned through a there's a lot of that going to play in a lot of people saying i don't see smoke in the area why can't we return, but that that infrastructure you mentioned the utilities weatherbee electricity water even the roadway often have to be cleared and be before it safe for homeowners to return back we work very closely though with the municipal so that they can get in the way for them to start restoring those so that we can get homeowners back in and try to keep you allow them to return to some level of normalcy but that often can take weeks and especially in rural areas when fires destroyed water system that that is something that that takes. a lot longer for the rebuilding process alright, normalcy something we're all longing for daniel berlant from cal fire. thank you so much for joining us tonight. >>thank you daniel are taking a live look now from our camera on sutro tower looking over san francisco hard to tell right here could be anywhere really and there's that layer of fog, it hard to tell sometimes these days whether it's smoke or fire. what have you the fog bank certainly posted up again yesterday last night and that was welcome relief for firefighters, no doubt, yeah our meteorologist mabrisa rodriguez standing by to update us on the conditions yeah we're noticing the return of fog is finally making a comeback to the bay area. >>let's take a look at air quality out there right now because we are noticing right now a mix of smoke and fog also known as small and we do have a spare the air alert in effect from now through friday. so let's take a live look outside downtown san francisco and we're noticing that fog bank returning to the bay area coastline and it is going to become more widespread during the overnight hours and it's really going to help out firefighters once again this evening with that extra moisture near a 100% for driest inland valleys cut that in half though by wednesday afternoon so we'll be a drier forecast for most of our inland spots just because we are going to see quick clearing right along most of our interior valleys compared to today, but still going to be a pretty cool forecast. we are going to notice relative humidity in the 40th percentile range down to 50% by around or wednesday afternoon and early wednesday evening in current wind speeds out there right now fortunately on the calm, the breezy side. the strong as downtown san francisco, 18 miles per hour. but tomorrow winds once again out of the west southwest, 20 miles per hour or less fortunately not really tracking any major wind gusts in the coming days, and wednesday is going to be the coolest day of the next 7 once again really going to help out firefighters with the cooler cloudier and calmer conditions all that changes though by later this week into this weekend tracking warmer and drier weather ahead more coming up in my full forecast in a few minutes granted to keep back to you. >>is what's as our house. >>breaks your heart tonight a local family is sharing their pain after the su complex fire. right through their livermore property kron four's michelle kingston joins us live at the alameda county fairgrounds in pleasanton to share their story. michelle. >>and this family just bought 5 acres of land about 4 years ago and they've been working on it ever since. and now it's all gone. >>it's so bad. it's still booming you guys. >>let's go the scu complex fire tore through the hills in the mines road area of livermore last week it kind of would come and go so it's really strange you would see the smoke really close and then it would lead to 30 minutes later it would just go away the fire burned homes and displaced families we were just getting to the line a sleigh. >>really doing a lot of there and then like this is kind of. >>and the stating dominique failing in his girlfriend's family purchased this property for years ago never thinking that one day it would all be gone. >>after we packed what we could the jeep was full to the brim we got everything that starts clothing in looking for documents but everything has pretty much their pictures and stuff like that last thursday, the family learned their house to not make it nearly everything on their property was gone, it was. >>it's surreal it was it was something we've never experienced when they went to survey the damage over the weekend they were happy to find one important part of their >>their cat tina survived the fire we just called her and called her and called her and likely she. >>came right up to it. >>and the family does plan to rebuild just like many of its neighbors who also lost their homes live in alameda county michelle kingston kron 4 news saw least they got their cat back. thank you michelle, our coverage continues at kron 4 dot com you can. >>find a complete list of evacuation orders and warnings you can also track these wildfires on an interactive map and find any alerts about whether in your neighborhood, it's all on kron 4 dot com. >>thank you firefighters should be the message from everyone and cal fire's receiving lots of signs of support appreciation for their herculean efforts will show want restaurants to open? and schools? want the economy to get back on track? you're not alone. and you can help make it happen. stay 6 feet apart. wash your hands. wear a mask every time you leave your home. choose to join the fight against covid-19. do your part. slow the spread. >>wildfire coverage continues now in the north bay and that's where the l a new lightning, complex fires burning across 5 counties sonoma napa solano lake and yolo counties. many evacuations orders. those were lifted earlier today in sonoma county, but the fire is still burning in some key areas. our car forcing well bellow joins us now from a dry creek valley is. >>that's right they key i'm here on the west side road and as you can see behind me the road is still closed here. lots of folks not able to come home in this area because of the active fire fight that happening just above my right shoulder here. i was driving down west side a little bit earlier basically there is a creek here dry creek runs through this area, anyone to the west of dry creek still can't come home anyone to the right of it on the east side of dry creek was allowed to return if you want to show you some video i took just about an hour ago though to show you how active this fight still is countless water drops being made on the active flames burning to the west of dry creek. i made my way down hard hit mill creek road earlier as well i saw several active flames still burning on the hillside there. but if you go to the east side of the creek you can see the flames on the ridge but most people living on side of dry creek road were able to return to their homes today there are evacuation warnings have been warnings and orders have been lifted, but looking at the fire this evening, folks i spoke to are still a little worried. >>yeah, i looked very early in. i came back. >>last week around wednesday and friday was it was definitely not on her face of the mountain. >>some hedge but. address her city in the firefighters and me i definitely do we have a lot more resources knows. >>you remember that was kind of the big issue at the beginning of these fires popping up there were just so many that the resources were very slim. but they do seem to be getting a the hang of this fire now there's it's about 17% contained here this is the wall bridge fire here in sonoma county as part of that larger ellen new lightning complex that woman i spoke to says she's keeping her car. packed tonight, mostly because they just still are a little worried for what may happen if the winds do in fact pickup for now live in sonoma county noelle bellow kron 4 news. >>thank you know another destructive series of wildfires. we're tracking the czu lightning complex couple fires have merged together you can see where the flames have been burning in the mountains of southern san mateo and northern santa cruz counties tonight, those fires have grown to almost 80,000 acres our team coverage continues now is kron 4 s taylor bisacky who is live the cal fire base camp in scotts valley taylor what's the latest. >>well grande here in scott valley, a much different scene than up in the mountains towards the coast. now earlier today i traveled towards that area through felton and eventually landed in bonny doon take a look at what i saw this is video that i shot this is what i saw along the way dark plumes of smoke coming from the mountains as i headed towards that direction. i eventually had felt an empire road where flames are still active as many hot spots on both sides of the road. but thankfully i did see plenty of firefighters nearby watching over the area through the flames and smoke erode he eventually hit empire road in bonny doon unfortunately that areas full of destruction, many homes burned to the ground only chimneys and melted appliances still standing. eventually ran into some locals who are staying behind to help firefighters. one of the men helping out his case he thornley who lives in washington has property in santa cruz they're providing food water fuel and even fire gear for the first responders. >>the firefighters definitely are happy that we're here i believe we have flushing toilets showers a place to now they've been filling up their water tenders. they've. they've been using their they're welcome to come in there any time. >>while they've been helping out firefighters. casey tells me that he has his own fire gear and like i mentioned earlier he lives in washington but as soon as he heard about the fire. he eventually came down here brought his fire gear with them and defended his property off of grangerland in santa cruz he says that most of that area is burned out just like bonnie dune in of course they're still looking over the area becoming a essentially a safe place for first responders to come. if you love in getting other supplies that they may need for now we're live in scotts valley taylor bisacky kron 4 news alright, taylor, we are closely monitoring the evacuations across these 3 major complex fire areas kron four's ella sogomonian live in the newsroom now to guide us through each map l a. >>grant and vicki this is of course a constantly evolving situation, especially with the evacuation so. >>let's go over each region to reveal where they're still in place and where some people can return home tonight first off over the north freeway the lnu complex fires are burning this is a map of sonoma county and all the green there on this map is now open so back away shun orders have been completely lifted for people who can now return home to mostly the coastal areas and the south of the russian river area. so far from salt point at the coast inland into the complete west side of king ridge road down to where the road. his cousin darrow, but east of king ridge road all of austin creek state park, fox mountain the armstrong redwoods park. now jackson and north korean ville el bonita corbell has he ended basically following the russian river until where the west part of west side road meet said west dry creek road. so that is all the red that you see on your map that's a mandatory evacuation zone, which continues until it meets west dry creek road and dutcher creek road so again we start to see the yellow corner at the top over here. that's where the warning begins and then it stretches north to alder glen springs encompassing morris peak, red mountain and sky high. so the yellow side is the north side of lake sonoma and the mandatory is the south side of the lake moving now to napa county where the lnu complex fire zone is highlighted in red and has forced mandatory evacuations that are highlighted in blue. so that's all of lake berryessa up to the knoxville wildlife area to the north napa county line word borders with yellow county and includes big basin. the lower portion of on lake south of buds canyon, then where the napa county meets lake counties so you follow that border, passing right underneath langtree farms, golf club, including pope valley and up to highway 29 down to where it meets lincoln avenue just northwest of the calistoga city limits and the mandatory evacuation line then cuts east to include northen east of silverado trail including class mount and how mountain child's mount as well stage canyon for canyon. north of pfos valley atlas and monticello road right around long home ridge road. so the warning just starts below there in orange. and you can see how just borders, the blue mandatory zone both extending into blue bridge. the evacuation warning is above the napa river rolling running along silverado trail and it includes that lake hennessey the remaining north part of sage canyon road the millikan canyon and now george just east of the silverado country club which is safe. and now to us a lot of county to complete the lnu complex fires, mandatory evacuations are above lake curry into fairfield along both sides of highway 80 right above the paradise valley, golf course and then it kind of curves up west of lagoon valley, regional park and west of 80 there than up along pleasant valley road in gates canyon road and includes a stretch of gibson canyon road between quail ridge lane and cantaloupe road so all that to the west of gibson canyon is red, which means you got to get out now hopefully you've got your bags packed, they're not even there at this point and then just below lake solano and west of protect creek road and below lake various has said that is what we're seeing out and thus a lot of county area some going to go for the scu and cesium apps later in this newscast for now back to the key. >>thanks a lot. a lot of information we'll check back with you. and our breaking news will continue and dangerous the lnu lightning complex moved into the bay area our conference believe juggle talk to the fairfield fire department about. >>how that city avoided death and destruction. >>along interstate 80 more than 1000 acres of land between fairfield and vacaville and solano county have fun. new lightning complex fires that all homes are still standing and not one person died as a result of the flames that passed through the area last week you're dealing with something that. >>you're trained for and that you do on a day-to-day basis but to do it here in your own backyard was very surreal matt luke and bach is deputy chief of the fairfield fire department he says 13 members of his team were out of town last tuesday night helping cal fire fight other fires throughout the state. >>his department was already stretched thin when management learned flames were coming their way we had a little bit of a warning the fire came from the winners area through lake berryessa in the vacaville. >>and eventually the fairfield luckenbach says it was up to his team and crews with neighboring vacaville fire department to coordinate a response. he says they let several back burns, the wall the fire off and that strategy worked even though the jumped interstate 81 point our normal staffing is 16 we actually had over 40 fearful firefighters on duty protecting the city luckenbach says the officiant firefight and the way his crews were able to quickly assemble. >>is a testament to how prepared they are to fight these large wildfires a step that they stayed calm. they did everything that they could there was there was no hesitation that mean i just can't say the word proud enough, especially since everyone made it out alive in fairfield fled to gaul kron 4 news. >>meanwhile, the se lightning complex has grown into the second largest wildfire in state history, a livestock rescue group now is going town to >>welcome back to our continuing coverage of 3 major complex fire still burning across the bay area the scu lightning complex the the largest is burning in the east and south bay's in central valley. it's 20% contained tonight. meanwhile, the lnu lightning complex in the north bay has containment up to 27% and the czu august lightning complex that's on the spin insula and the santa cruz mountains that is 19% contained time let's get a closer look at each of those major wildfires, we're gonna start off with the s c you lightning complex fire in contra costa alameda santa clara. >>san joaquin and stanislaus counties more than 365,000 acres have been scorched 5 people injured 3 1st responders and 2 others more than 20,000 structures are still threatened bill a new lightning complex is burning across 5 counties sonoma napa solano lake and yolo. >>it has burned more than 356,000 acres making it the 3rd largest wildfire in state history. 5 people have died and more than 900 structures have been destroyed. 10's of thousands are still threatened tonight. >>and the czu lightning complex that's burned more than 79,000 acres in an area that really hasn't seen flames like these in decades, cal fire says more than 400 structures have been destroyed and 32 or damaged another fire we are monitoring in the north bay is known as the woodward fire, it's in western marion county burning in point reyes national seashore flames, they're grown to more than 2700 acres. >>5% containment firefighters say there frustrated with the slow progress blaming weather as well as dense and dry timber that is fueling flames weather recently has been better but up until say yesterday or so the weather has not been cooperating. fire threatening more than 1600 structures evacuation orders have been issued for about 90 homes on silver hills road. fox drive and noren way. the czu complex fire tore through big basin redwoods state park. it is the oldest state park in california with redwood trees close to 2000 years old majestic but many of the ancient trees were able to survive the flames, the conservation director for an environmental group dedicated to protecting redwoods in their habitats says redwood forests are meant to burn. she added while the park headquarters in many small buildings in that area are gone. the forest remains send we'll regroup. >>you can see where the fires are burning right now it's on our interactive map up the map shows all of the fires that are active. and the location of all the evacuation centers which is important. we also keep a running list of up to date evacuation orders and warnings for you all of this can be found on our website kron 4 dot com. >>now to the pandemic and starting friday, the alameda county health department will ease up on coronavirus restrictions set least to a certain extent this means more personal services and other businesses will be allowed to reopen outdoors talking about hair and nail salons barbershops skincare waxing services also swimming pools and wine tasting venues that do not serve food, but smoke from the wildfires burning in and around the bay area has extended a spare the air alert so what businesses and customers what do you do come friday, meteorologist mabrisa rodriguez is here with the details there but recent. >>their grant yeah, let's take a look at air quality out there right now thanks to that cool sea breeze and marine le are right along the immediate coastline noticing some improvement as far as air quality goes with moderate amounts as you make your way into the south bay san mateo county and for most of the east bay, but the poorest air quality, no surprise the inland valleys of the east bay specifically in livermore very puerto unhealthy amounts there so limit your outdoor activity as much as you can in those areas for your tuesday night. air quality tomorrow will be unhealthy for everyone with the exception of the east bay, the out there just because wind direction out of the west-southwest pushing all of those air particles into the east bay specifically the inland valleys, let's take a live look outside at the east ban can't really make out the skylight seeing a little bit of that smoke and ash make sure in addition to that low clouds and fog starting to make its way into the east bay shoreline can't even make out the evening lights out there right now throughout the street levels because of that thick blanket of low and high cloud cover and temperatures out there right now 50's along the coast 60 throughout the east bay shoreline and 70's as you make your way inland san jose 69 degrees livermore in the mid 70's, widespread low to mid 60's for the east bay shoreline downtown san francisco at 58 degrees napa 71 degrees but santa rosa, 10 degrees cooler at 61 degrees. thanks to that stronger on shore flow so current wind speeds out there right now fortunately very calm, but for those of you in downtown san francisco, getting wind speeds are 20 miles per hour or less, but we are going to notice calm wind speeds tonight during the overnight hours certainly going to help out firefighters that thick fog bank right off the coast already spreading inland overnight lows tonight, 50's and 60's the daytime highs cooling down right where we should be not just along the coast, but even our inland valleys as well. >>try valley's only warming up to 89 degrees so out of the 90's haven't said that in more than a week after we've been in the 90's in triple digits for the last 2 weeks mid 70's throughout the east bay shoreline downtown san francisco in half moon bay in the mid 60's with the low to mid 80's for most of the north bay napa 82 degrees and wednesday will be the coolest day of the next 7 warming up and drying out by around later this week into this weekend and 7 days from now tracking some breezy winds so going to keep an eye on that as our wildfire threat continues to 7 days from now next tuesday back to you grant vicki. >>thank a breezy as the weather is better today, but. there's still a lot of fire come for reporter taylor bisacky capturing these flames here flare up all felt an empire road in felton tonight that's in the santa cruz mountains look at those trees. these are you know all over the state these little flare-ups popping up to continue to track the wildfire situation. what has happened what's happening now and what figures to happen in >>well looks like the writers are going to stay on the bus at least for now that's because metro rail service is not quite ready for prime time has come for says it made you know reports now it is not just equipment problems this time around. >>officials at sfmta announced that a pair of major problems are you need to resume all bus service. we need to make sure that we're not standing our writers in the subway on in the event of an overhead wire failure. >>during a time of covid a reoccurring equipment problem is one of the major reasons muni will not be restarting metro service as planned says muni director of transportation jeffrey toobin, we ended up having 2 such incidents in 3 during a real restart and we are now working on a solution to that problem. the second problem is a different safety issue involving covid-19 at our transportation management center, it's the nerve center of our entire rail system. we had an test covid positive. we followed our standard contact tracing quarantine procedures and as a result of we were concerned that we would not have the whole necessary team to be able to run the rail system safely in the meantime the alternative for muni passengers is to continue using of a system that has been in place since april we've been able to provide an extraordinarily high level of service particularly in our key lines of lines like the 8 to 9 the 14 are running more frequently with greater liability and greater frequency than ever in the union's history sorting out the 2 situations will give the transit agency tied to resolve the equipment issue we can now with a shovel a subway shutdown go back and replace all of those newer failed places with a quality flights that hopefully will actually work has it that you kron 4 news. >>a fire crews do need time to rest and those battling the czu lightning complex fires are reading there. thank you notes during. times of reprieve plus flowers left behind on their injuries and big thank you to all the firefighters for all that they do from all of us are >>welcome back to l a news lightning complex is burning across 5 counties sonoma and napa solano lake and yolo many evacuation orders were lifted today in sonoma county, but the fire is still burning in some key areas kron four's noelle bellow joins us now live in the dry creek valley area. noel how are things there tonight. >>so there's actually a hot spot that just kind of flared up behind to the right of me i tried to zoom in a little bit before you came to me to see if you guys can see it but it's probably just a orange glow for you however, that spot has been quite a bit today. i am on the west side road as you can see to the left of me this road is still closed due to some key evacuation orders that are still in place here. anyone to the west excuse me to the east of dry creek that runs right through this area, those folks are able to go home. but like i said anyone here on the east side of dry creek have to stay away for tonight and here's a look at why there were still plenty of hot spots burning an active flames off of the already hard-hit mill creek road this video from about the 4,000 block of mill creek this at this evening. we're looking at is the walbridge fire right now it is standing at 54,500 acres and it's 17% contained officials are hoping that the winds stay calm tonight, so that they can continue to make some progress. i did watch the couple of choppers dipped into the creek that runs right through trying to fight this fire from above that video taken just about 7 o'clock this evening that was about the last bit of air fight that i saw today those air efforts did look to be successful. they were kind of focusing on the area that i keep that i was saying has sparked again tonight just over my right shoulder, but they are hoping that the winds stay pretty calm today again, the officials from cal fire earlier when they did a press conference use the term cautiously optimistic. again this is the wall bridge fire just a part of that larger lnu complex lightning of fires that they've been a battling for the last week here for now live in sonoma county noelle bellow kron 4 news. thank you know well another destructive series of wildfires. we're tracking for you it's the czu lightning complex you can see where. >>flames are burning in the mountains in san mateo and santa cruz counties and tonight, those fires. >>and actually grown to more than 79,000 acres. our team coverage continues now with crawford's taylor sacking. she is live at the cal fire base camp and scotts valley. taylor what's happening there. >>well vicki this is where the latest information is coming out about the czu lightning complex fire. but some of the action in flames is about 11 miles west headed towards that direction today to see for myself what's going on and i went through felton and eventually landed in bonny doon just take a look at the video i shot earlier you'll see some of my journey along the way. i saw a dark plumes of smoke coming from the mountains as a head towards that direction. i eventually hit felt an empire road where flames are still active as many hot spots on both sides of the road but thankfully i did see plenty of firefighters nearby watching over the area through the flames and smoke erode you eventually hit empire road in a bonny doon unfortunately that area is full of burn of destruction or excuse me many homes are burned to the ground but only chimneys and melted appliances are still standing. eventually ran into some locals who are staying behind to defend their properties. >>a lot of fire i've seen a lot of firefighters that i feel like we're being held back. i'm very disappointed with syria the other guys who like him. not so we're being
