The video shows the last moments of 29yearold agustin gonzalezs life. Before Hayward Police shot him 13 times. The police chief says it started as a 911 call about two men fighting. The responding officers say they thought gonsalez had a knife and only opened fire on him after he refused to drop it and began walking toward them.
