Chief mark koller hayward pd our 911 center received a phone call from an individual indicating that a man was threatening him with a knife. Hayward police chief says mark koller says his departments investgation into the november 15th shooting on oneill avenue revealed what was thought to be a knife, was actually a razor blade. Chief koller says he is releasing the video now in an effort to be transparent.
