( darya ) the alameda county coroner's office identified the victim as 65 year old joseph lynch. the name of the driver -- a woman from san leandro -- was not released. ( darya )in the east bay. emeryville police have identified the suspect in the target parking lot shooting.. investigators say the gunman is 22-year-old cameron smith from oakland. he's been charged with attempted murder. two people were shot monday evening outside the target... both remain in critical condition. ( james ) a man is behind bars for a string of robberies in berkeley. officers arrested kenthol fenceroy junior. they say he stole a laptop on the u-c berkeley campus. he's also accused of snatching another laptop back in october at crossroads dining... which is also on the campus. fenceroy is facing theft and possession of stolen property charges. ( james ) san francisco will sell recreational marijuana in january. mayor ed lee signed legislation that creates regulations and deals with the required permits. supervisors approved marijuana regulations in a mandatory second vote on tuesday. this will allow the city's 45 existing marijuana dispensaries and delivery services to move ahead with retail sales. but san francisco won't be ready sell on january first. the legislation takes effect january fifth... 30 days after lee signed it. ( james ) yet anoter embarassing scandal for wells fargo. the state justice department is accusing the san francisco based bank of improper insurance sales practices. an investigation found wells fargo customers were issued around 15-hundred insurance policies and charged premiums without their permission. the state wants to suspend or revoke wells fargo licences to transact personal insurance deals in california. wells fargo is expected to file a notice of defense in response to the accusation.
