they found the man unresponsive and wedged into a small space between two buildings. the gap was less than a foot wide. officers say they performed c- p-r - while waiting for an ambulance, but the man was later pronounced dead at a hospital. now his mother is demanding answers. >> : he is too big to get between that tiny building. >> catherine : the man's family is skeptical of the police version of the story.and say they haven't been allowed to see the body yet. police say they found a pound of marijuana in the man's car - was aimed at plotting strategy for yet another fight. this is private property.and you've got to cross it to get to martin's beach. a recent court case has forced the landowner to allow that to happen.reopening the road after a five year closure. the billionaire landowner has appealed the decision.in hopes he can keep the beach closed. many people are unhappy about that possibility. >> : not a shushan--a huge fan of the person who bought it but that beach belongs to everybody >> catherine : the surf-rider foundation helped put the meeting together to gather information about how the public uses martin's beach. they hope it will help negotiate an agreement. governor brown is traveling to the vatican this week to meet with world leaders at the 'commitment of the cities' conference. san jose mayor sam liccardo and san francisco mayor ed lee are also attending. on the agenda -
