Which states, no person shall be a senator or representative in congress or elected president or Vice President or hold any office who took an oath and then engage in insurrection. We saw what happened when donald trump was on the ballot for president and lost. He refused to concede and ultimately incited a violent insurrection. The Sonoma CountySheriffs Office tells us several deputys responded to a report of a man brandishing a rifle at about 12 10 this morning. They gave chase and the suspect apparently fired shots with deputys returning fire. The man was pronounced dead after his car crashed on the stony point road between bellevue avenue and todd road in west santa rosa. This is a live look at the investigation. Four deputys injured. One has a head injury in critical but stable condition. The Santa Rosa Police department will take over that investigation. Chances are that road will be shut down for several hours.
