This is the aftermath of the freeway shooting. Traffic backed up for miles at a black sedan parked on the shoulder riddled with bullet holes. The black infinity he stopped and talked to an officer on the toll plaza. He is advising that a sedan is chasing them again they are in the oakland area. Reporter telling officers a few minutes later that the suspect opened fire. He said he is eastbound 24 in the tunnel and he is hearing gunshots. The dispatcher taking the call heard the gunshots also. Reporter no one was injured chp closed down one part of the tunnel for almost three hours this afternoon during the investigation causing traffic to back up for miles. I saw just that the ambulance go by and like, you kn, enraedsel p. It is like crazy. Reporter drivers said their commute time more than doubled due to all of the traffic. The tunnel from work it will take me 710 minutes and it took me 25 to 30 minutes. Take between 25 and 45 minutes and i think it took me an hour and a half.
