Add recently acknowledged that crooks are stealing victim identities through data breaches who are implying for employment with their names and Social Security numbers, using fake names like georgettes. Weve obtained data that indicates georgette may be one of more than 30,000 addresses used to apply for edd benefits for 10 or more different people, in some cases more than 1000 people at each address. We counted 23 different names and letters coming to georgettes house with more than 33 Social Security numbers using her address. Debit cards and notifications for employment. The data shows 23 different claims for daniel frankels address. There is a whole container about this big. Among the top 50 addresses there are at least eight locations where you might expect multiple claims encoding homeless shelters, and a post Office General delivery address. But the vast majority, five out of six are mailbox rentals or homes listed for rent or for sale including multimillion dollar mansions. And this house for sale in sacramento was used to apply for unemployment under more than 1300 unique Social Security numbers. The photos online clearly show it is entry. And that strip mall has more than 5000 claims. Assemblyman shoe reached out to top edd leadership. So fingers crossed that the air quality should be much like today, if not better. In other words we will start out better in the morning so we get a longer part of the day with reasonable air quality. Then we will turn our focus ahead.
