It is a little better for san rafael and San Francisco and napa and fairfield and concord. You are in the very unhealthy category. There are some improvements coming our way. We are still looking at that spare the air alert going a record 29 days in a row without a smoky skies however we will see a little bit of blue in spots this afternoon as there are parts of the bay area. To the next couple of days, or the next few days, we will start to see even better air quality for everyone. I will talk about that coming up in a few minutes. Lets check in uple that will this is around where they are wrapping up some overnight roadwork and some construction. It was supposed be cleared about half an hour ago but they are running a little late. Traffic is backed up around southbound 680 from concord into Pleasant Hill and walnut creek. It is improving slowly. South 880 has a lot of read back. That is where the road work is and hopefully they will clear this within the next few minutes. If you plan on taking 880, the minutes freeway, you will see some brake lights and it is looking better if you want to use that through oakland and south of there, they are clearing the crash on southbound 880 at 238. We have some breaking news, Big Development in the killing of breonna taylor. It looks like the city of louisville has reached a settlement with her family in this case. That is more than six months after taylor died. Our affiliate is reporting that there is an agreement to a substantial financial settlement with the family of breonna taylor. She was the black emt killed by police, serving a no knock warrant. It was part of a narcotics investigation but no drugs were ever found in her apartment. We are hearing there will be official announcement later today and it may also include reforms to the warrant process forcing officers to go to extra layers of approval from a Police Commander before they serve a warrant on a suspect. At the same time, there is a grand jury still considering criminal charges in this case. One of three officers involved has been dismissed but no criminal charges have been filed. Then right around 45 minutes to from 205 over towards a 680. East shore freeway is still in the clear on highway 4, looking at 29 minutes from antioch towards hercules. We are seeing some improvement and we have a pocket from Marina Boulevard south 880 downs as you go 128 80 s. Things are improving dramatically towards the san mateo bridge and north of there, we are looking better as well. We have some significant brake lights on south 880 and the downtown oakland area but as you can see, we are seeing lots of green, so good news if you want to use 880. Things are definitely improving in that area and we have a 40 minute drive time to between 880 over towards 101. We have some good news for the air quality is improving. Here is mary. Those delays are pretty typical, retuning out of tracy and not house and extending to north flynn. It is improving slightly, to a five to 680 for the community. Going towards the dublin interchange. Southbound 880 out of san lorenzo into hayward, traffic is still busy. The commute is loaded up towards interstate 80 and south of there, we have reports of a crash.
