The safeway just reopened after the overnight pharmacy robbery. Police say it happened around 12 40 this morning. I had a chance to talk with some of the employees who were working at the time. What they told me is that they heard the glass break on the door to go into the pharmacy when one employee went to look to see what was going on he saw three men in hoodies and said at least one man had a gun and yelled for everyone to get on the floor. We heard the noise and went to see what happened and thats when i see this other guy and he point to me and say hey, get on the floor. It was scary. Reporter employees say they still are not sure if any shots were fired at say they did see the man get away with items from the pharmacy. They assume it was medications. The employees say no one was hurt and no customers were inside the store at the time. All of the employees pretty shaken up. Palo alto police say they are now looking for three suspects and employees told the investigator asking them if they had seen a red pickup truck in the parking lot. I spoke with psychology expert Christina Maslach to explain what burnout is and how you can recognize it. Mental burnout is defined by three critical parts.
