The most recent case was november 26th in lafayette. 2 residents were tied up and assaulted after the suspects entered the home through an open garage door. The city has been trying to use some 20 separate ordinances to clear spots that residents report as troublesome and protesters have openly defied the citys position on camp removal. That will be a concern for strong run off here, and theres a Flash Flood Watch in place there until tomorrow afternoon. Lets look at the bigger picture. We just pulled back out wide, and i want to come over to the coast over the 101 corridor and mill valley, theres heavy rain. And look at the 80 corridor. Thats good rain. Just above richmond and berkeley and right up into the berkeley hills. Good rain down here. Hayward, castro valley, fremont, you guys seeing a good cell. Look at the red just west of 880. When you see red on here, thats telling you its close to a downpour. This is all slowly moving east. So 808 is about to experience heavier rain. Its going good now, but all that works up to 238 and really work up over the rest of the hills. Follow that over the san mateo bridge. Good rain over the water now, but once you get into san mateo, another good cell. We can track these like this endlessly, but the point is, the big picture shows us were right in the thick of this.
