This one says that even the most recent Safety Measures the company has taken are not enough. It even goes as far to say their actions, or lack thereof, actually abets a sexual predator crisis. The police took me to the station and i told them what happened. At no point was identified by lyft that this man was taken off their platform. Eight of the 20 victims say their rapes or Sexual Assaults happened after a prior lawsuit against lyft for the same thing. Rather than take immediate action, these victims say, the company ignored them. This lack of zerotolerance policy encsexual predators to join the lyft platform.
