wherever he is at, that act , i lucky because i did not feel safe until i was fully in a car. >> they work at the same restaurant in santa cruz. they both have gofundme pages that have raised several thousand dollars, and they will need every bit of it because they both do not have health insurance. >> reporter: so john being hailed as a hero tonight, john, if you are working, we would love to share your side of the story. new details into the newsroom about the garlic festival shooting investigation pickle police have released the names of the officers who opened fire on the one minute after shots rang out. they had been identified as officers eric cryer, hugo devereaux, and robert this reno. combines they have 53 years of experience in law enforcement. their boss considers them heroes. >> i think they beat themselves like they were just doing their job and i don't think they are particularly excited about being in the limelight. but i certainly do think that they deserve recognition. >> the fbi has called in over 100 officers to sift through the case, they are working to pin down a motive and ideology but they it is not appear that the shooter was targeting one santa clara county fair but this is the first time i can remember so many heavily armed officers, s.w.a.t. teams, on routine patrol around the fairgrounds but that is the new reality because of what happened in gilroy. fairgoers will see the new changes practically from the time they walk through the gates. everyone coming into the santa clara county fair will go through a wandering process, as they come in woodward result in longer weights at the gates. >> it was a long wait but like i said, we are happy that way because we feel safe. >> i feel sad but different times, you have to do that. county fair, where it does seem a lot people are starting to turn out and even though it is just a thursday they expect bigger crowds throughout the weekend, in fact they are expecting 45 to 50,000 officer. the father's of gabriel christian natale-hjorth and finnegan lee elder have traveled to rome to visit them in prison. of course they were swarmed by media, it is a big story there, elders father stayed silent while exiting the prison. prosecutors say elders son confessed to killing the officer but claims that he thought the officer was strangling him. investigators say there were no signs of physical injury on either team. meanwhile police say finnigan stabbed the officer with this 7 inch long military grade nice but were brought, rather, from the united states. in this photo, apparently posted on social media and widely circulated, shows elder posing with a knife, and police they both teenagers have been drinking, on the night of the killing, and at least one had been house they respond to belongs to the kennedy, the wife of bobby kennedy, but multiple news outlets are now saying that a young women at that home has died. paramedics responded to cardiac arrest but now there are multiple news agencies saying the young women has died, sources are saying it was an overdose. the kennedy compound consists of several houses in there, it has been of course photographed numerous times when president kennedy and his family were back there, served as the summer white house. since then, extended kennedy family members had gathered there, there was a big fourth of july party that happened on those grounds, ted kennedy lived there up until his death, but now we are hearing that a death has occurred at the kennedy compound in hyannis port, massachusetts. so we will try to get more information on the identity of this young women, and get you that as soon as we know. moving on comes to the san francisco 49ers invited a number of first worried. antioch is the kind of middle- class city that deals all the effects of the new economy, but gets few of its benefits. and now, uc berkeley sleeper center has discovered that nearly half of
