Saw two swimmers and then only one. Turns out it was him fighting with a you said it was a sea lion . Um, and so we picked him up and he wanted us to bring him back to shore but im, like, that he was bleeding a lot. Yeah. The back is soaked. Reporter sfpds marine unit heard the coast guard call and had the grey goose drop the victim off on their dock. In a stroke of luck, all sfpd marine unit officers were recently emtcertified. We saw it looked like a bite wound on his right upper arm. And it was uncontrolled bleeding when he came on our docks. This is the First Step Towards justice for the families. Reporter a lawyer for the families of 12 ghost ship warehouse victims said this is the outcome her clients were hoping for. I thought the evidence was overwhelming. Reporter the judge agreed, concluding that Master Tenant Derick Almena and a deejay who lived at the warehouse max harris stand trial. There is sufficient cause to believe both defendants are legally responsible for what happened that night and the deaths of 36 people, the judge said. They were running the place. So that cold front i was talking about just to the north will send these dry north winds coming through.
