These are quick cells so its expected to move north and east. We are looking at rain coming down through sacramento, elk grove, lodi seeing the rain. The Bigger Picture shows spotty showers north and east of us now but we are expecting to get more coming through from the south today. This is all the outer bands of this low pressure system and later on today it is going to move further east and it is going to calm our skies down a bit once it gets out of here.
