Details still coming in, but so far Officials Say that a shirtless man with a holstered handgun went into the wisconsin State Capitol yesterday demanding to see Governor Tony Evers before he was arrested for openly carrying a firearm into the capitol. Authorities say he later bailed himself out of jail, and hours after the first incident, returned to the State Capitol exterior, this time armed with a loaded ak47 style rifle as well as a collapsible police style baton. Authorities say the man was taken into custody for a psychiatric evaluation. Were also told that at the time of the incident, the governor was not in the capitol, which does not have metal detectors.
