Reporter police say they got calls about a sideshow at the marina and smiths parking lot. When officers arrived to disperse it, a car sped off with no lights on, crashing at ninth and g streets. The driver hit a hydrant and a woman not related to the sideshow was also hurt and rushed to the hospital in critical condition. The driver ran but officers caught up with him and he was arrested. Youll get a large group drinking at the end of the parking lot there and then it just progresses. And yet and then they start doing their doughnuts.
